The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
I have never had a problem before but when my wife opened the box this morning, we saw that the sixth stone was not a garnet for January but another December stone. I will need help in correcting this. This was an Raster present.

I loved the bracelet and ordered it. I called before to make sure it was 925 silver and was told yes. When the bracelet came the metal was a Grey color not sparkling white like my other pieces. There was no 925 stamp on the piece. I called to return it and they said I had to pay the return postage and a $4.95 service fee! I'll never order anything from them again.
The textured one in the picture is the one I'm returning.

The first set of earrings I p[urchased for my wife had loops that were too thick for her ears. We sent them back and then chose another pair that appeared to have thinner loops and that worked. The return process was easy and the free shipping worked well and was fast.

And it was definitely as advertised. For the price, it was a nice piece of jewelry. However, the stone fell out after just 1 week of wear. I will be attempting to re-epoxy the stone to the mounting, but it is a bummer that the company uses glue of such a poor quality.

Necklace chain was twisted into a big knot. Probably because loose in the box.
I called to return the necklace and was sent a return label immediately.
The box has been returned and received. Waiting for refund.
(I purchased a $3495 ruby tennis bracelet just before this and had no problems)

The bracelet is beautiful but the ends show the wire and doesn't sit straight on your wrist, it twists a little. I wish the finish would have been done better. Overall I do love the material and it look good so I will be keeping it.

I really wanted to love this bracelet. So pretty on the website and a great price. It was lovely looking when I opened it in sunlight but 2 complaints - the clasp and safety were both defective, and I was not going to pay a local jeweler to fix; the diamond flowers were barely sparkly and may as well have just been just SS flowers. I thought about it for a few days but ended up returning it.
I had to call for a return authorization number and she was very professional and knowledgeable and didn’t give me a hard time about my return.
I’m a repeat customer and am usually very happy with my purchases.

Once I placed my order, I received an email that I needed to call Ross-Simons to confirm my purchase. I understand that was to protect me from fraud but I called twice and could get no one to answer the phone. I had to send an email to get some kind of response. All this triggered a Lifelock alert and the whole process ruined the joy of a new piece of jewelry. Not my best shopping experience. The necklace was lovely though.

Ordered 3 pair of earrings that were on clearance. The sterling silver hoop earrings were surprisingly bigger than I thought. The description prior to ordering didn't specify how many inches they were. They're about 2 inch long, oval style. A bit disappointed. I'm looking for a deal on about an inch in good quality pair of hoop earrings, preferably 14kt gold. May give them to one of my daughters. The other 2 pair earrings I ordered, I'm satisfied with.

Placed an order… Wanted to check the order status and try to get an estimate of when I should receive the item…… Checked the order and lo and behold, it says the item is currently unavailable.
So you're telling me that you're lying to customers/potential customers about having the inventory in stock but in actuality it is not?
I went back onto the site and looked up the exact product I ordered and there you you have it, it says it is in stock. But it really isn't, they do not have it in stock and who knows when that will be. If an item is out of stock, that needs to be reflected on the website so it's no being ordered. Now the company is actually lying straight to our faces when it says "In-stock"
Product cost me around $1000 even with the discount and it's "currently unavailable"?

I was excited to order the detangler so I could wear more than one necklace at a time. The piece is too thick to attach my necklaces to unless I force them through. Detaching was even more stressful. They just don't work with delicate jewelry.

The pictures aren't of an actual piece when showing solitaire diamonds and it leads to misleading the customer. That's illegal. Scenario: "It looks great! It's so white and pretty!" Right? They are gullible and spend their hard earned money, expecting a pretty bright white diamond, like the picture, and get an old dingy $#*! colored diamond. They don't know what a K color means. It's false advertising. But, hey, it's not my conscience, it's yours. As for the ring I bought, it's so tiny, that you don't see the "Bali" detail. The picture, again, misrepresents the product. Btw, Bali is a great way of saying, it's a #JohnHardy wanna be knock off. I'm returning it.
