The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

I wore my earrings for 2 days, took them off, and the lapis piece came off. I know how one pearl earring with nothing around it, and the other one still has the lapis attached….the quality on these is disappointing to say the least.

I found the cutest earring as a gift for my sister. It was easy to scroll through the selections and look more closely at the items. I particularly like the photos of a person wearing the item, it is very helpful in determining if it is the size I am looking for.

I usually shop the clearance / outlet items and find great deals. Shopping through your on line store is really easy. It allows me to browse leisurely and contemplate pieces I may want to purchase without any pressure from a sales person. Of course seeing product in person is always a good thing--sometimes you think you are getting something and what you purchase is totally different--that is not the case with the products I have purchased through your on-line store. I love the products I have purchased!
I was missing part of a shipment and there seemed to have been some confusion about what items were shipping late. I got all my items and even though by "Christmas," was not guaranteed for one of the items, it got here with time to spare! The customer service representative with whom I worked via e-mail was knowledgable, polite and very helpful!

I have shopped at Ross Simons for many years. The multi gemstone bracelet was a big disappointment. It was so minuscule that it could not be seen when wearing. I did not order the gold over silver one since the ring I bought that was gold over silver cracked and flaked away. What a waste. I will return the bracelet and the ring. Hopefully, the problem with gold over silver jewelry can be solver.

Though this ring is beautiful, it is not what I was expecting. It's extremely light weight and feels like plastic. I checked the ring to see if I saw the 14K stamp, which it does have. Then I did a Google search, because I've never had a gold ring feel the way this one does. After some research I found an article that said when gold is mixed with polymer latex and protein fibers, and dotted with air pockets, it's lighter: https://newatlas.com/materials/lightweight-gold-plastic-pure/. This should have been disclosed in the description. I'll keep the ring but not sure of how it will hold up and if worth the price paid.

Years ago, I purchased a beautiful necklace from your company that has remained one of my favorite pieces of jewelry. I love looking through your catalogs, and thought I would try one of your sterling popcorn chains to match up with an obsidian horse pendant I have won forever that has outlasted a couple chains. While I was at it, I ordered one of your enameled celestial bangles to add a little color to the 100 year old bracelet I wear from my grandmother. I bought these items on speculation--if I didn't love them, they were returning. Well, I adore them both. The chain works perfectly with my pendant, it's comfortable, sturdy but lightweight, with a pleasing luster that doesn't overpower the pendant with shine. The little bangle is a delight and looks so cute beside the refined elegance of my grandma's old bracelet. They're both staying! I bought a 7ct diamond tennis bracelet. At first seemed sparkly because I had nothing to compare it to. When I visited multiple jewelry stores the quality of the diamonds is very poor. I purchased the bracelet for $5K and every jewelry store I took it to said max $1.5K. This is extremely disappointing, as someone who doesn't know a whole lot about diamonds got royalty screwed over. Never purchasing from them again.

Shopping went reasonably easily, but haven't yet given the necklace to my wife. The extra (gold) magnetic latch doesn't appear to work, because of the latch arrangement built into the necklace, so it appears to be a $100,00 waste of money.
Saw ad in WSJ for opal necklace; several years ago, I gave my wife some opal earrings, which she's always liked, so this necklace might go nicely with the earrings.
