This is my second experience with Ross Simons and each time I ordered a pair of leverback earrings (among others). I love the earrings look, but will not purchase leverbacks again. Seems the quality is too poor and one never quite 'catches', inevitably comes loose and I lose it. A shame too...looks and price are good for most of your products.

I love the overall look of the piece and the idea behind it. But for the price, I am pretty disappointed in how thin and poorly made this piece was. It was quite expensive and overpriced even being on sale. I will be returning unfortunately.

I had a lot of trouble using Affirm to make my purchase. I ended up having to do each item separately. Also, one of the items I ordered was beautiful, but the picture made it look a lot bigger than it actually was.

I do have to say that your customer service was absolutely WONDERFUL AND QUICK!

I ordered the 15 kt white gold peace sign necklace. I knew the pendant was going to be small. I also knew that 0.1 carat diamonds on the pendant wouldn't cover the entire surface. But my expectations were not met. The pendant itself is thin. The chain had far more sparkle than the pendant. I wanted to love it. I could not. One of the very few pieces I will be returning to Ross-Simons.

I received the tennis bracelet however the size was too large. I have returned the bracelet insured by UPS. You should receive it by Thursday 9/13/2023 at u return address. I requested a refund to my credit card. I will then order a 10 caret bracelet size 7 inch in white gold for $ 8,995.00 with a 2 yr Extend warranty for $229.99. I await your response. Very easy to navigate and finalize. My only quibble is that the ordering process doesn't recognize the differences between me the gift sender and my sister the gift receiver. But, she LOVES those earrings. Perfect!

I had been looking for a statement black and gold ring for a couple of years: one which would be consistent with my mantra of: maximum bling; minimum bucks. The ring had to be large, black with gold accents, stylish and well made to sustain the abuse of frequent use. This ring fulfilled my expectations.

The ring that I ordered is lovely! I was concerned that the silver band might be flimsy, but the silver content feels substantial. The three hues of blue topaz—sky blue, Swiss blue, and London blue are all true to color and deeply saturated. It is a comfortable ring to wear and very pretty.

The quality of the items was excellent, but the challenge was making the right choice off of a website, without the opportunity to hold an item in your hand. I am disappointed in the color of the stone in a ring I ordered and one of the set of earrings is much larger than I anticipated. I plan to exchange these items and will know more about Ross Simons customer service after I do this.

I am in th e process of contacting them re a return.

Was looking for this blue color earrings and I was not disappointed.

Very easy to look for items I was interested in. I found this cute gold paper clip bracelet with toggle clasp. I love it! It looks very delicate, but very feminine. I will definitely buy more gold items from Ross-Simmons.

I saw the earrings and I loved them but when I went to order them they were sold out. About two weeks later I saw them again even cheaper. I ordered them immediately. It was the last pair. Someone probably returned them. When I got them I loved them until I realized that one of the earrings was missing a stone. I think that it was returned because of the missing stone and then sold to me. I'm very disappointed. Never had a problem before. Unfortunately I used a$50 coupon from a previous purchase to buy a defective item. So I'm out of luck anyway you see it. No earrings, lost $50 coupon and with my luck I'll probably would have to pay to send them back.

For some reason my phone won’t allow me to call the number (my phone number is international) so I chatted on line. It was my first time doing this and I forgot to inquire if you would pay for the return since the item was defective. Also, could they be fixed because I really loved them? Could my $50 dollar coupon that I used be replaced since the item was defective.

I love the shell earrings and felt great about how fast shipping was. However I am a little concerned at how thin these are. I feel like they are so light and fragile at the post backings that they may break. I wish I knew how fragile and lightweight they'd be.

I was disappointed in the ring color - not blue but black. Nothing like the picture. I wanted it to match my scarab bracelet. Other than the color the ring is constructed well and pretty if you want a black scarab.

Bracelet is great and am happy to have it. The only problem was I never received any updates on the processing. I did call and got assistance but it would have been better if I received a couple of updates.

Love my bracelet but I find this magnetic closure extension come apart easily and my long necklaces always stick to it. If I doing something with metal around I'm afraid I'm going to loose the bracelet because the magnets will come apart. I'll likely go to my local jeweler and have them add a completely different clasp that will not come apart to this degree.

I recently misplaced/lost a pair of natural diamond studs. I wanted to replace them, but wanted lab grown diamonds. I found the perfect pair and am very pleased with the look, quality, price and ease of shopping.

I order pink pearl studs earrings as a gift to go with a pink necklace I had recently ordered.

The pink of the studs earring is so faint they almost appear white. I guess that is what you get with sale items.

The two items I ordered are beautiful, however I am returning them. I don't like the backing on the earrings. To flimsy. The necklace is to short. So these will be returned but I did order the necklace in a longer length

I have shopped at Ross-Simons since the 80's and have never had a bad experience. They are helpful if you need it and the quality is always A+

The item is beautiful but the packaging was a bit disappointing. The box was too big and the crystal was wrapped in paper instead of some kind of soft material and put in a velvet bag that is quite large for the size of the crystal. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase.
