The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
I bought cz studs, pearl studs (for approx $200) and a pair of cz's edged in gold. The earrings were almost impossible to put on - I believe that they were trying to use as little 14K gold as possible, and it resulted in earring backs that are so so TINY that they kept getting stuck under my fingernail, and were very difficult (impossible with the pearls) to put on to the post. These backs and posts are minuscule.Further, they all arrived with instructions for gold over silver, in each individual box. WHY? I bought 14K gold because other metal irritates my ears.
I trusted Ross Simon...I no longer do.

I ordered a silver ankle bracelet and it came with a knotted chain. Obviously damaged. I contacted Ross Simon Customer Service and told them I wanted to return this damaged anklet bracelet. I was given a return reference number. When I asked if I had to pay for shipping, I was told "yes". When I questioned why I would have to pay for the shipping when it came damaged, I was then told I'd be given a 'postage paid' label to return the anklet bracelet.
Previously described. Again the customer service rep did not originally offer me 'free postage' for the return of the damaged merchandise. She originally told me I had to pay the postage. It wasn't until I questioned her that she emailed me the postage paid label.
I won't be using them again. I felt the quality of the merchandise was below par.

The first sales associate was very very Rude! I asked him about the items i was looking for. And he said "WHAT DOES IT SAY? He was very nasty.so i asked him could i speak to a supervisor? That's when he hung up me! Not a pleasant experience he was very nasty! The next morning i called again to place an order the young lady was very apologetic and helpful so that's where i am at with my experience with Ross-Simons

My experience with my product I ordered was disappointing. The model is misleading when trying to imagine what your item is going to actually look like in size. The item is very nice and the recipients did like what was purchased for them. However, I was not satisfied and I chose to send them back, but they wanted to keep them. So, please disregard the return request.
The first representative was very customer oriented; patient, helpful and friendly. The second rep was not so friendly and very short -as if she was in a hurry.

Excellent quality and workmanship on this intricate necklace. I expected a necklace box to come with the necklace for my anniversary gift. Just a small storage bag was included. Disappointing, just a bit.

These earrings almost exactly what I wanted. The size of the pearls are fine and it goes all the way around and it's pearl next to pearl again which is just what I wanted but the wire is too flimsy. I am going to take it to a jeweler to see if I could have the wire, made thicker and if not, I'm hoping to return them. Any other ideas?

Love the look, color and sparkle of the ring.
It did have a very slight wave to the silver band in one part, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. This is the 3rd eternity band I have purchased, the other 2 are sapphires, one real and one simulated. I have been very satisfied with all of my RS purchases, value and quality are great.
Price went down then up when I placed an order. Called and they gave me the lower price if I ordered within a week, which I did.

The sapphire earrings came in a box, with a little draw string bag inside the box. The earrings were inside the bag, in separate tiny plastic zip-lock bags. I will be giving these earrings as a gift, and this is not presentable as a gift. Now I have to figure out an alternative solution to make them presentable.

I purchased a Ruby and pearl necklace and earrings, Ruby and diamond bracelet and ring. They arrived promptly. They were not what I expected. The quality of the stones would barely pass as costume jewelry. I reached out to CS, and returned the product for a refund minus shipping. The refund was received.

The pendant itself is very nice - true to the photo in your sales booklet. The chain isn't as sturdy, as thick as it looked in the photo, Hopefully I can wear it w/o concern for breakage in everyday activities.

The way R-S keeps in touch about your order as it's on its way is good. I will say, though, that sometimes there's disappointment with the product when it arrives. It's not always exactly how it looks as pictured on the website. Usually it's that the product is flimsier than pictured, which can be because it may be difficult to capture the volume of a product in a photo.
R-S has interesting pieces. Ordering is quick and easy. Their delivery is quick, too.
