The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

I initiated the order based on a statement on the website stating the package would be delivered on December in time for Christmas. When I went to the cart and placed my order, after accepting my credit card information the order was confirmed with a December 27th date. The cart did not provide the opportunity to pay extra, which I would have done, to insure receipt before Christmas.
So I participated in a chat and, after providing my order number, asked if I could change it and pay extra to insure the 12/23 receive date appearing on your website. The chat person said she would check, and after a wait came back and said I'd receive the package on 12/23. I received the package on 12/29 - six days after you said it would. My impression is you misled on your website and you don't care.

I was looking for specific birthstone jewelry for myself and as gifts. All items were as described and pictured on line. There was a delay in one of the rings that I ordered and I was notified of the delay. It was received within the time specified. The clasp on the necklace works, bit I found it very difficult to close

The product was a shock! Bought it for the brilliant sky blue topazes in the ring. The stones are absolutely COLORLESS. May as well be cubic zirconia. And very small. Looks nothing like the product in the catalog! Very disappointed. Have bought Ross-Simons products for years. This was supposed to be my wife's birthday present. Have talked with 2 Customer Service reps who both promised to send a "Return Receipt" as an email attachment. So far, nothing received.
Neither delivered on promise to have in my email within "10 minutes" (one had a child crying in the background)! What is happening to your company?

Thank you for your feedback in regard to the London Blue Topaz and Sky Blue Topaz Ring. We had inventory pulled and inspected and did find some of the stones lighter than they should be, we are working with our vendor to correct inventory. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I called to voice my complaint that when I spend $671 on a diamond pendant for a gift, that I would receive it in a velvet box not a cheap small cardboard box. This is not good customer service. I had to go on Amazon and spent an additional $9 for a velvet box. I should not have spent an additional $10 for priority mail for such an expensive item. I hope this mssage reaches the appropriate person so that this type of service does not happen in the future.

I had trouble on the website placing an order they told me that the earrings were not available so I called and of course the earrings were available and then I saw a larger pair while I was talking to the girl on the phone and was ignored and wound up with a smaller earrings after all. So that was disappointing.
Previously wonderful exchange and received what I ordered - and happy. Problem with this order was that I didn't have a reference as to how large they were until I went back and looked at the size of the emeralds I had gotten that were quite a bit larger than the ones I was ordering, and I wanted to get the larger ones the size of the emerald. The ordering process was uncomplicated and delivery was within a week or so. The ring, a gift for my 79th birthday in October, arrived in pristine condition and is as advertised. It is beautiful and I love the feel of it on my finger.

When I got the item I ordered there was a defect in the product ( something had come unglued) and when I called and told them they immediately corrected the problem. They expedited the sending of the replacement since time had become an issure.

I saw your advertisement for a beautiful bracelet in the newspaper, I believe. I knew my granddaughter would love it, so I ordered it for her as a Christmas gift. I also had it gift wrapper. I don't know anything about it, really. I know i got very fast delivery, which surprised me. I don't want to unwrap the gift to look at it since I paid extra for giftwrapping. I won't know anything about the bracelet until my granddaughter opens it at Christmas. I have a feeling it will be beautiful and that she will love it.

The ring was pretty from afar, but the stone looked clear on the inside and wasn't the best or what I expected. The band was also very thin and ran large. Overall, I wasn't happy with the ring or the quality.

The necklace I purchased for my nice was lovely, much tinier than expected but lovely.
However, not only did it arrive tangled to the point a jeweler had to untangle but the worst part was the invoice came with the gift.
There is an option for a gift note which I included. On the invoice is typed the gift note.
How very embarrassing!
They apologized and said they do not offer a gift card and always add the note for the gift onto the invoice. WHAT!!!

The necklace was beautiful and I loved it. The only thing I wouldn't do again is buy a 16" inch necklace l, I recommend a 18" inch necklace because the 16 inch was short but it still fit. Overall, I loved the design I picked and it made it here before my birthday.

Quick quick and easy. My.sister saw them and I bought her a pair for Christmas. Bought a pair for myself as well. Was disappointed when I saw video of gnome necklace but couldn't find it to go with the earrings.

I was gifted a 16inch chain for my birthday but it was a bit too tight. So I bought a 18 inch chain but its a bit too long. Maybe offering odd lengths or half sizes for folks with thick necks.

Earrings were lovely. Nice sheen -gold and beautiful pink enamel. Pearl necklace was very nice -the pendent was very pretty but the chain was featherweight. The pink Flower pendent was paper thin. Not as expected I would rather pay more for quality.
