The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

I ordered a costume ring with a large bow on top, the bow was only tacked down on one side so it moves when presure is put on the side not tacked down. Eventually the movement will weaken the hold on the bow. It is also a large ring so it will get caught on stuff. My concern is when it gets caught on something it will pull the bow off since it does not seem to be attached well. I called to return, didn't realize that I have to pay return shipping. Since I return so few purchases I never considered checking the return policy. That is my fault but disappointing for what seemed to be such a good company.

I bought this for my granddaughter. I also bought a sterling bracelet from another store at the same time. I was worried about getting the Ross-Simons one because i received the other one first and was disappointed by it...The Ross-Simons bracelet was a monogrammed one, and it couldn't be nicer. I am very pleased with both the actual monogram and the bracelet. Will definitely come back!

The CZ is pretty and very sparkly but the setting is very small, you can't see the gold border at all. The chain is not a bright silver so that was disappointing. If I had seen it in person in a store I wouldn't have purchased it.

I've been looking for a Peridot ring My thoughts were off a single but large Peridot. My husband was helping me look and saw this. He thought he would show me as a joke, but as soon as I saw it, I knew it was the one. I love frogs! The design of the frog taking a bite out of the gem made me smile. Not only were the ball way to big for my wrist but I had to pull the bracelett as tight as it would go to fit my wrist. I have very small wrist and this bracelett just looked way to big on it. I ended up returning it.

I especially like that website displays item on a model just by hovering over the item. The earrings are very pretty, light weight and catch the light. The 6MM size gold bead was just too small for me, so I returned them and ordered the 8MM size in the same earring.

My husband bought the pendant for me, and it's lovely. I saw the matching earrings, and bought them. The only complaint I have is, I couldn't get the wires in my ears. I took them to the jewelry repair and had them remove the wires, and put in posts. They look great.

The jewelry pieces I bought are wonderful gold earrings. I loved that I could understand the size and the proportions of the earrings better through the video of them. I didn't buy a couple of pieces that I realized wouldn't work when I saw the video.

I entered my sister in laws address as the ship to address and my address as the bill to adddress however when the order printed out it showed my address as both the ship to and bill to address. I

Shopping was great but really disappointed in the diamonds in the bracelet. I know stones are small but out of 7 stones in the bracelet only 2 shine in the sun! Others are flat and look like dirty glass. I like the bracelet design...jury still out if I will keep. Kind of disappointed. 2nd item I have bought, got a 14K gold bracelet thru Amazon which is beautiful but definitely no more diamonds.

I like the Ring very much, but the only finger it fits is my Number 4 finger, left hand, where I wear my Wedding Rings.
