The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
Placed order for 2 day shipping. 7 days later- called and received a reimbursement for the expedited delivery fee. Earrings arrived - that is where the "meh" comes in. Just meh. Very light, fake looking. No pizazz at all. Returned same day. They received the return quicker than I received their product!

I love this company. They have a wide range of gorgeous quality jewelry and I have only returned one thing I ever bought from them and it was easy. They're fast and reliable and have good sales. Also, I requested their gold packet (to sell some single earrings, broken necklace) to them and it was here in less than 48 hours. I don't know how that process is going to work out for me yet, but am optimistic. Apparently, they do a live video weighing your gold and give you a quote right then and there. If you don't want it, they send your jewelry back for free and insured.

Service was great. But I'm returning the earrings because they're smaller than I wanted. The listing said they hung 1/2 an inch but I didn't have good visuals of how they'd look on one's earlobe.

The stuff that comes is always less substantial than the pictures on line or in the catalogues. And please stop mailing catalogues. It's harmful to the earth. Emails work fine. NO BROCHURES remove me from your hard copy mailing list. It's a waste of resources that harms our planet. If I receive any more i'll stop purchasing from you.

I like that my town etc. shows up when I add the zip code. Deleting expired charge card numbers is less easy. Products are exceptional, but this time the size of the pendant was not large enough. I will need to increase my allowance and continue my search

Purchasing was easy. 5 stars there. I bought the Sunflower bracelet in silver. It arrived promptly. But I was not pleased at all with it. The sunflowers were so thin my heavy duty aluminum foil is thicker. It reminded me of something out of a gum ball machine.

I spent quite a few weeks deciding upon the perfect earrings. I decided upon a simple dangle disc type with tiny diamonds. Some people said they were super light but I find they have enough weight not to feel cheap. The size is exactly what I wanted. I tend to wear the same earrings daily no matter the attire. I wear my 1 ct. Diamonds in sweats and gardening. I am very happy. I also purchased the necklace layering accessory and that is working out just fine.
Initially I was looking for an earring jacket. They had a large selection. I decided upon a different earring but may come back for the jacket at a later time.

My wife had mentioned how much she loved the earrings I purchased. I thought at the time our anniversary was coming up and this would be a perfect gift.
Then I completely forgot about it until last week! Fortunately express delivery was available for additional cost which I was more the happy to provide.
The earrings arrived two days early!

I am a very long time customer and usually happy with my orders- until the last year or so. A couple days ago I opened up the turquoise earrings and the back came apart of one of the studs as it came out of the bag. Recent orders of two gemstone bracelets can't be worn because the clasps don't work. Gold bracelets are pretty but flimsy. What has happened to quality control?
Because I have been a satisfied customer for decades, until recently. I intend to return a number of items but I have been dealing with covid related family issues, etc and have not had time to call customer service yet.

If I paid for fast delivery ( 2days) I believe delivery should be delivered in two days, end of the day that what is said when I paid extra money for that delivery and in the end came much longer what was promised

I have been on your website for hours looking for nice and plain gold wires, round white pearl lever back earrings with a sizable pearl. I am returning the ones I just got in that they lie flat not round. Too small.

I need a chain for a specific pendent. I first ordered a.7mm chain that looked fine online, but when I received it, it is too delicate for the pendent. Next I ordered a paperclip chain that looks nice and would have worked, but the jumpring end is too large to thread the pendent on. I also do NOT like the "spring clasp" on either chain. The jump ring on the first is so small that whenever you touch the clasp it springs closed. The paperclip clasp was likewise touchy and both were almost impossible to use. I am returning both chains ASAP.
I have previously bought from RS but it has been quite awhile ago. I always liked their products and was trying to find a gold chain (not plated) that didn't cost a billion dollars. These are both lovely chains, they just don't work for what I need.

I ordered a variety of items and have been ordering from R-S for years. One pair of earrings is broken and the ruby earrings are damaged. I tried to contact the returns department, but, first, 20 attempted calls were dropped. Second, the online department mixed up which item I wanted to return, even though on screen the information was correct. As I said, I am disappointed.
Couldn’t get through to it.
I have been ordering from Ross-Simons for at least 42 years. Early on I was impressed by the wide variety of products offered. It is a bit sad that through the years the range offered has diminished significantly. I recommended Ross-Simons to many friends in the past, but now there are few classics and mostly the latest fads, so I cannot recommend Ross-Simons any longer.
