The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

I love this company. They have a wide range of gorgeous quality jewelry and I have only returned one thing I ever bought from them and it was easy. They're fast and reliable and have good sales. Also, I requested their gold packet (to sell some single earrings, broken necklace) to them and it was here in less than 48 hours. I don't know how that process is going to work out for me yet, but am optimistic. Apparently, they do a live video weighing your gold and give you a quote right then and there. If you don't want it, they send your jewelry back for free and insured.

Purchasing was easy. 5 stars there. I bought the Sunflower bracelet in silver. It arrived promptly. But I was not pleased at all with it. The sunflowers were so thin my heavy duty aluminum foil is thicker. It reminded me of something out of a gum ball machine.

I am a very long time customer and usually happy with my orders- until the last year or so. A couple days ago I opened up the turquoise earrings and the back came apart of one of the studs as it came out of the bag. Recent orders of two gemstone bracelets can't be worn because the clasps don't work. Gold bracelets are pretty but flimsy. What has happened to quality control?

I need a chain for a specific pendent. I first ordered a.7mm chain that looked fine online, but when I received it, it is too delicate for the pendent. Next I ordered a paperclip chain that looks nice and would have worked, but the jumpring end is too large to thread the pendent on. I also do NOT like the "spring clasp" on either chain. The jump ring on the first is so small that whenever you touch the clasp it springs closed. The paperclip clasp was likewise touchy and both were almost impossible to use. I am returning both chains ASAP.

I have previously bought from RS but it has been quite awhile ago. I always liked their products and was trying to find a gold chain (not plated) that didn't cost a billion dollars. These are both lovely chains, they just don't work for what I need.

I ordered a variety of items and have been ordering from R-S for years. One pair of earrings is broken and the ruby earrings are damaged. I tried to contact the returns department, but, first, 20 attempted calls were dropped. Second, the online department mixed up which item I wanted to return, even though on screen the information was correct. As I said, I am disappointed.

Couldn’t get through to it.

I have been ordering from Ross-Simons for at least 42 years. Early on I was impressed by the wide variety of products offered. It is a bit sad that through the years the range offered has diminished significantly. I recommended Ross-Simons to many friends in the past, but now there are few classics and mostly the latest fads, so I cannot recommend Ross-Simons any longer.
