The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

The order arrived quickly, and as described. My only disappointment was one of the opal stones is quite a bit paler/whiter than the other, which has more color. I would have liked each stone to have more blues and color, as pictured, but I know stone colors vary. They should be better matched, if possible, but I'm enjoying and wearing them often, nonetheless!
I saw an online photo of the earrings, the price was reasonable, so I ordered. I wasn't aware of Ross-Simons prior.

The ring I received was much smaller and thinner than the photo in your catalog. The diamonds we barely visible. It's very difficult to understand how you could charge so much for a ring of such poor quality.
Your customer service employee was very helpful with my merchandise return.

Website functioned properly, photos were useful. My problem with the 3 rings I ordered was that they were simply too big to appeal to me. They were costume jewelry size, and while they may be fine for that use I think they would actually have been prettier, would have seemed better-proportioned, if they'd been maybe 3/4 of the size they actually were. I'm debating right now between sending back all 3 and keeping the one that I like the best and by coincidence is also somewhat smaller (though still too big for my taste). It would help if the catalog gave the height and width in inches.

This will allow you to obtain a return reference number and print out a $4.95 USPS Label. The $4.95 is deducted from the return upon receipt of the piece. If you want free return labels, consider our VIP Program. Annual benefits include three $50.00 coupons to use on three orders, ($150 total); free 2-day domestic shipping, and free return labels on jewelry returns. The program is $95.00 for the year, but it more than pays for itself.
First time order, and was delighted with all of the personal help I received, as order was shipping clear across country. Customer service was professional, helpful, patient, & told me exactly what to expect w/shipping & insurance. She provided me w/back up help if needed, and the follow through was impressive. I ordered two diamond bangle bracelets that were hinged and had closures that failed. I lost both of them in less than a year because they simply would not stay fastened. Decided to order replacements in a solid bangle style and am pleased with this purchase.
RS had the thin, delicate bangles with diamonds that I was looking for.
I wear the bangles with a diamond timepiece so I was looking for something to complement vs. compete with it. These fit the bill.

Great choices of products. This tall, unusual vase from the glass blowers
of Italy has cobalt blue markings. It will be perfect for tall flowers like gladioli.
The packaging was impressive, done with utmost care. The vase arrived much sooner than expected.

This ring is huge & gorgeous! I'm not sure, but think it might be too big for my hands! The main stone is very large & clear, clean to the eye. The baguettes on each side are just enough of an accent. I'm not wild about white stones, nut these are very pretty.

I bought a 14k rose gold bracelet and in approximately 10 months it tarnished. They exchanged for another 14k rose gold bracelet and this one tarnished in approximately 2 months. I received a store credit. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

I love my recent diamond ring purchase. I am looking at designs for my 20 yr anniversary wedding ring upgrade. I saw this particular ring on the Ross-Simons site and for the great price I said, let me see how this looks. It looks so real and has a design that I would like to replicate in real diamonds. The stuffed bunny is really one of the most fluffy and beautiful we have ever seen. I'm frustrated that buying it from Ross-Simons meant I now receive daily email solicitations from them. They do not offer an "Unsubscribe." They invite you to change your email preferences but "Unsubscribe" is not an option. First time I've ever seen this.

This is the second time I was succored in to purchase a ring from Ross-Simon. I should have known better but I hoped it I was wrong. The jewelry looks SO beautiful online. I looked and looked. The ring kept coming up in my newsfeed. Facebooks algorithm knows me so well. I finally gave in. After all I can return it right? Well - again the ring was CHEAP. Absolutely cheap, everything about it. The stones, the metal, the weight. So disappointed. I put it on. I kept staring at it. I asked my daughter. Without telling her what I paid - I said what do you think? Handed her the ring. She looked at it. Looked at me - handed it back. Said it is CHEAP. Exact words. When I told her I paid $200 for it, I was embarrassed. I tried to like it - to keep it. Why... Please change your model and supplier. You don't have to do this. Use better materials.
