Always combing through the catalogs and looking for a striking piece of jewelry that will catch my eye! Used to read the catalogs years ago when my mother received them, and of course, she purchased jewelry for herself and me. I am carrying on with the family tradition of glancing through the jewelry and purchasing something that strikes my fancy!
I have been eyeing these 2 items for a while and told Santa what i wanted for Christmas since jewelry is one of my favorite things to receive as a gift from loved ones.

Love the earrings and the colors go with many items in my wardrobe! Plus, the prices are fantastic! I was expecting to pay the 89.00 dollars, and much to my surprise there was an additional 25% off and then at checkout, another 5%. Who can beat these prices! The stone pictured was bright and clear. The one I got was dense and dark, almost looked black. The bracelet didn't look gold it looked rose colored. I returned both items

I paid extra for two day shipping. My order was supposed to arrive on 12/21. It supposedly arrived on 12/24, after I had to leave for the holidays. I want a refund of the two day shipping charge.

This was my first order from your company. I ordered 2 black enamel rings. They were so incredibly thin they would have never held up. I have returned for a refund.
Lady wasn't very nice and tried to get me to join your program for free returns.

I certainly Lynn would have NEVER bought these earrings if I knew they were hollow! They dent easily, which is why I bought my last pair from a reputable jeweler that made them solid, not hollow. Unfortunately, I lost one of those.

We regret that you aren't happy with the 14K Ball Stud Earrings. It is very difficult to find any jeweler that makes jewelry in solid gold anymore, as it would be cost prohibitive for most people to afford. Ross-Simons has been a purveyor of fine jewelry for over 70 years, by offering the best value on all of our pieces. I ordered myself a pearl necklace for an achievement I reached recently. The necklace over all was beautiful but the length was wrong. I contacted customer service and they were very friendly. I decided to get a differently length and hoping it will be beautiful too.

Both items (bracelets) were returned on 12/16/24 via UPS. A bangle bracelet was too difficult to operate. I didnt like the quality of the other bracelet, a gold link style.
