The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
I ordered the pink pearl necklace and matching earrings. I really like the necklace but will be returning the earrings as there are a couple flaws that to me are very noticeable in the surrounding diamonds / crystals. I so hope I am pleased with the next pair - BTW, they are much smaller than one might imagine looking at them online.

I have bought many things from Ross Simon. This is the first thing I may return. I can't put the bracelet on. My vision is not good but the clasp firs in a small holder. It has two side clasps that can't be held away with one hand. I live alintme and can't depend on neighbors to put it on me when I want to wear it notkr do I want to keep it on all tge time as it will get damaged from soap and water and cleaners. I fmgit the 7.5 which fits but if it were an 8 in I could lay it on my wrist for stability. It seems a waste ti have a bracelet that you can't wear because you can't put it on. I am not sure what I can do.i would really like dmfor someone to contact me.

These earrings are lovely, EXCEPT they were difficult to get through the hole in my ear and took quite a bit of manipulating. My earlobes are sore from the effort. I'm hoping they adjust. I have no problems with all my other pierced earrings.

I ordered two items from them. Both of them were re-work. They did not specify on their website that the items I got were actually used item they bought from customers and re-worked. The re-work was poor enough for me to see the defects. One of amber earrings was soldered and I could see a dark spot on the gold in the place of soldering. The other item - silver bracelet - was also with a defect that I could see after careful examination. I guess nobody would see it on my jewelries but I don't want to buy used items and the company should be clear enough advertising their products.
To their credit, they e-mailed the paid shipping label to return those items back. They issued a full refund pretty quickly. I was satisfied with their customer service during our communication. But what a loss of time and disappointment! Will never buy anything from them anymore.
Tip for consumers:
Be careful. Their jewelries are re-worked product.

I loved the necklace I bought. What I would like to see is more longer bracelets. I have at least an 8-inch wrist and there are very few available long enough.

I'm quite upset I purchased these earrings as a gift for my daughter in-law. Noted earrings appear much bigger & longer in your ad. Had I known the true look I would not have purchased them. I will gift them not until next month July 20 th, my daughter in- law's birthday. Please advise if they can be returned for a refund.

I have always been pleased with every product I've ever purchased from Ross – Simmons. I have had trouble with the stones eventually falling out of the rings but that usually is after a year or two of wear. Considering the price I'm not that surprised and I am satisfied.

Ok so these are adorable. A good weigh on them too. Some of the fish are winking, which is cute. You might need an extender. Looks slightly longer than a choker. The sizing chain in the back is delicate, and with the weight of the necklace, I might even want to reinforce it.

The shopping experience was mostly good. I was attempting to replace a triple joined sterling bangle that my wife had lost. Unfortunately, this bracelet was not as wide and round as I'd hoped, judging from the photo, and it was also more shiny. We have found it quite difficult to purchase jewelry online, as it seems very difficult to get an accurate sense of the item from the photos. And maybe the description of "rolled" sterling silver should have clues me in that it's flat instead of round, but I instead imagined it "rolled," as in "round."
As a former resident of RI, I was very happy to find an item at Ross-Simons that I hoped would work.

Easy to use web page, saved my items from an earlier search. Quality of items purchased is a bit inconsistent. The last two rings ordered had the stones fall out after a short period of wear. Ross-Simons was quick to replace the defective items, but the finish on the rings seems to catch on clothing repeatedly. Not something that should happen
