The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

The website is easy to use and makes shopping a pleasure. The pearls are really lovely but I ordered the wrong length! I am sure there will be no problem exchanging them as I have done it before with Ross-Simon with no trouble.

I ordered the pearl band stretch ring not even a month ago. While in Florida it broke apart. A disgrace. I will never order anything from this company again and will tell my friends not to order. I just threw $50 in the garbage.

Stone is perfect size, beautiful, tasteful. Band is a shade snug for a 6. Also, gold-over-sterling is a little brassy rather than the classy I've always known from R-S. Otherwise, looks great on my hand.

I bought a necklace from ross simons and they said it will take 7 to 10 business days for the package to arrive. Its been a lot longer than that and they do not give you a tracking number. I called customer service twice and they were no help at all. I will no longer buy expensive items online, i will only buy from a brick and mortar store from now on. I don't know how they are still in business.

I am a long time RS satisfied customer but my most recent purchase of the SS link bracelet was a disappointment. It barely resembled metal feeling more lightweight plastic and was promptly returned. Considering it was not in keeping with the product description, I was further disappointed I had to pay for return shipping. A rare upset in a long relationship with a fine firm but yes an upset.
I was disappointed free return shipping was denied. This discourages a customer from future purchases.

I am extremely impressed with my diamond tennis Bracelet. Owning a robust tennis bracelet was on my bucket list, when I saw the prices offered for this piece I jump to the opportunity, however was a bit nervous to purchase such large and pricey piece without seeing it. Necklace was GORGEOUS!. Extender is just ok. The hooks stick. I would send it back, but it's not worth the effort for the price. Also, the day after I made my purchase, RS ran a promo for a $50 gift certificate toward a future purchase. I reached out and asked if they would honor it given the timing, but got no response.

I ordered 2 pair of the Child's hoops - once you open the clasp - they don't snap closed so they will fall out if you wear them. I sadly had to return both pair as neither of them worked. The earrings themselves are nice looking but they are not very sturdy - seems like they would also bend easily.

Fine, no problems, with this order. But that being said I have received other pieces of gold jewelry that have either broken or shoddy construction. In fact many have broken. If I could return all and get my money back I would.
