The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

My 15 year old granddaughter wanted to buy a monogramed bracelet for her mother. She was looking at different sites and I suggested she look at RS, as I have purchased several pieces of RS jewelry in the past. She received the order today. This bracelet is so cheap that my son said it looked as if it game from a gum machine. The only nice thing is the monogram! Terrible! If that's the best you can do for that price, you should not offer it. Gives Ross Simon a bad name! If it was not monogramed, we would return it!

The two pearl necklaces I ordered were in a recent catalog and I fell in love. Both are well made, easy to take on and off. Very classy but not old fashioned. Pearls are a nice size!

Ordered a ruby necklace and the ruby was crumbling away, returned it and order one of higher quality, they emailed me to say it was sold out so I order from a different store. They charged my card for the "sold out" item, so I called to confirm the item was sold out and to confirm cancellation. Two days later they sent a shipping confirmation on the "sold out" item, so now I have to return it, meanwhile they're holding $700 on my card for about two weeks. Two phone calls with customer service yielded zero effort to prevent this from happening. It's like no one really cared.

I needed to get a birthday for one of my best friends. The two items I purchased had popped up in my FB feed and they were perfect! I wanted something nautical/beachy since my friend loves the beach and is an avid boater. The bracelet and earrings I purchased are perfect. They even arrived earlier than expected.

Previously purchased Emerald and Diamond pendant, then, last Christmas, the matching Emerald and Diamond ring. Both packaged in good taste jewelry boxes. This year's gift of matching Emerald and Diamond earrings were in plastic zip-lock baggies, then in small flannel bag. Would've preferred packaging a bit more fitting of their place in her collection, such as an earring presentation box. The earrings themselves are good matches and complements to the other pieces, so I am pleased with them.

Purchased 14k gold/diamond earrings for my wife last month. She wore them for a few days and soaked them with her other jewelry in the jewelry cleaner she has used for 30 years. The backs of the earrings dissolved (it's not 14K gold as represented) and discolored the rest of her jewelry. I use to shop at Ross-Simons when I lived in Atlanta years ago. It was a great store. In fact, we registered there for our wedding and received all of our china and silver from Ross-Simons. I'm disappointed that your company has become so disreputable.

The ankle bracelet WAS sterling silver...
But was a mass pressed product w/ one side only on the charms. There are sharp edges.
Wish the charms were revesable as any bracelet would be. So it looks nice regardless of how it's worn.

They are too heavy and because of the back holder being too small for the size they will not sit correctly on my ears. I will have to return them and perhaps at a later date will try something smaller.

I ordered this ring for my grand daughter's 16 birthday. It looked beautiful in the catalog. When I received the ring, I opened it up and was very disappointed. It's pretty, nicely engraved in script, but so tinny looking, not at all substantial looking as shown in the catalog. I haven't given it to my grand daughter yet - celebration is Sunday - but I may be returning it. Depends on my grand daughter's reaction.
