The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

I called about the UPS delay for my order that I paid to have delivered next day air, which 4 days later had still not arrived. The rep became argumentative and snarky when I asked for a shipping refund.

No issues with order or delivery - but the item was overpriced - hoop part of earring so small couldn't even get it on. I have purchased solid 14k/diamond beautiful jewelry from other online stores for little more than than the cost of this gold plated silver. Doubt I will order again from Ross Simons unless it's a really good deal, which this was not.

Ordering process and shipment speed were very good. Product was nice but to be honest I thought item would have had slightly larger diamonds for price that was paid. I would not spend the same amount of money again to order this item but I am not upset I ordered it ornplan to send it back.

I love the leaf pendant, it's very pretty. However the pendant and chain are so thin I expect any time to lose the pendant and/or break the chain. For what this jewelry costs I would expect it to be more substantial than it is. I'm not returning it because I it is very pretty, but I'm constantly reaching up to be sure it's still there when I wear it, and that takes a lot of the pleasure out of having it.
Wanted to get a shorter chain to keep the pendant closer to my neck but was told they were out of stock and I would have to just buy another necklace. Not going to do that.

Do NOT shop with Ross-Simons if you want timely delivery. I ordered twice and the 1st time the order was 1 week late. This order is over 2 weeks late and counting … still haven't received order.
Secondly, Ross-Simons sends so many emails to entice you to buy from them that it's overwhelming (I had to unsubscribe).
Lastly when I contacted Ross-Simons about the late delivery, there customer service just tells you it's hung up somewhere in the US Post Office system and if it's not delivered in 2 weeks, they'll contact you to either send another order or refund your money. It's been over 2 weeks and I have yet to be contacted by Ross-Simons. (Ross-Simons doesn't even follow their own procedures!)
I would NOT recommend Ross-Simons
Check validity of company then rolled the dice with hopes it wasn’t something I’d regret.
Tip for consumers:
Shop elsewhere. Ross-Simons delivery commitments are NOT predictable.

Ross and Simons has a lot of affordable jewelries. The pieces always look more expensive than they really are. I always get mine when they are on sale and they would always email me if it is backordered (law of supply and demand) and they give you an option to cancel due to it being backordered. My experience so far has been pleasant.

The edge of the shank is so sharp it cut my finger.
I looked down there's blood down my finger and of of course on the ring. Ross-Simons will take it back but now I have to pay shipping fir a ring that past their quality control.

The items that I purchased were delivered quickly and were not damaged. I also appreciate that I received free shipping to Hawaii which doesn't happen all the time with "Mainland" Companies. This was my first purchase from Ross-Simons and I would have no problem buying from them again.
I noticed their products on Amazon, but for some reason, Amazon would not ship to Hawaii. I decided to go directly to the Ross-Simons website and order from there.

Easy to place order; however, disappointed in product. Engraving is very small and therefore, difficult to read. The silver is too shiny and appears inexpensive. The product formerly retailed for $99 several years ago rather than $199. $99 is a more realistic price for the quality of the product.

I'm so glad I ignored the only review as it was negative. I went ahead and ordered it, knowing if it wasn't satisfactory, I could return it. I absolutely love this bracelet. I have the matching hoop earrings and when I saw the bracelet, I had to have it. It matches perfectly with a closing clasp that is very easy. The fit is just right and it lays so nice on my wrist. The picture on the website of the bracelet on a ladies wrist is deceiving as it looks dull. The colors are very vivid and it really sparkles. It's a keeper for me! The child's earrings I ordered were much smaller than what appeared on the website. The earrings would be appropriate for a 2 year old but not a 10 year old, which is how old my granddaughter is. Ordering was easy and was delivered on time, just not happy with the merchandise.

Ordered 18k half-inch hoops online. The description did NOT include the word huggie earrings anywhere on page. Nor did the picture model wearing hoop earring online resemble huggie earrings. However, received huggie earrings with invoice that read 18k Huggie hoop. I immediately called customer service and had to insist Ross Simon send prepaid postage label to return. They were resistant to doing so but then relented with a "one time" courtesy. I double checked website while on phone with customer service and still there was no word of "huggie" in the description. If there had been I would never have ordered, and moved on to something else.
I had to call twice. First time rep had me paying to mail back item I never wanted. Second call rep was resistant to sending prepaid return label, but I asked for a supervisor, then rep extended "one-time courtesy."
