The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

This layering clasp is pointless. You're necklaces do stay in a layer… except the clasp just works it's way to the front so it looks like you are wearing the clasp as a pendant. Purchased a ring on-line and used express delivery to make sure it would get there when I would be available to receive it and in time for a trip, but because it was from a third party, it took a week. The product is very nice, but the misleading delivery information was very disappointing.

I ordered a ring and used express delivery to ensure it came when I wanted it, but it was delayed. I called to find out why and the rep explained that because it was a third party the time is longer and credited the express delivery fee. She did a good job but I believe the website should be clear about that as the “2 day delivery” promised is misleading if it is going to take a week.
