The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

This layering clasp is pointless. You're necklaces do stay in a layer… except the clasp just works it's way to the front so it looks like you are wearing the clasp as a pendant. I've had many people ask about the clasp thinking im wearing it as jewelry only to discover it's just a giant heavy clasp

This ring is definitely for the cat lovers. It's really cute. I wear it on my right middle finger and it comes right below your knuckle. So if you're looking for a small dainty ring, this ring is not for you

I purchased a pair of earrings for my sister's birthday. When she received them there was no gift card or any indication of who sent them. She couldn't remember ordering them as she frequently orders from R/S. I am totally disappointed in R/S for this. She did like the earrings but the surprise of her gift was a non-issue due to the status of the packaging which I specified as a gift when I ordered them.

The only problem with this toe ring is that I am leary of adjusting it to fit my toe. It is made of gold so it has little "give", afraid it will crack. Unfortunately I will be returning it.

Purchased a ring on-line and used express delivery to make sure it would get there when I would be available to receive it and in time for a trip, but because it was from a third party, it took a week. The product is very nice, but the misleading delivery information was very disappointing.
I ordered a ring and used express delivery to ensure it came when I wanted it, but it was delayed. I called to find out why and the rep explained that because it was a third party the time is longer and credited the express delivery fee. She did a good job but I believe the website should be clear about that as the “2 day delivery” promised is misleading if it is going to take a week.

I was hoping for 18 carat and these little earrings looked like 14 carat. I guess I should have specified medium or 1: inch. They are now enroute back to you for refund ( credit back to my VISA card).

Bought a ring from you in 2019 so it was way out of warranty. Think I only wore it once and one of the little Apatite (sp?) stones fell out. I sent it back to you so I could PAY for a replacement. Got it back several months later with "Unable to repair!" I had also asked how much for you to buy back as you advertise that you buy gold. It is 14k. No response on that either.
