The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

This is the second one that I ordered. Ordered one for Christmas for my granddaughter and it broke so giving this one try. She likes turtles because of medical condition that caused her to wear a hard shell on her body from her waist up for a year and a half. It was rock hard so it was like a turtle shell and because of that she likes turtles. Sure hoping this one doesn't break! Have a great day.

Overall, my shopping experience was really good. This was my first time ordering, and I liked that they called to verify the purchase since it was a large dollar amount. The only problem I had was with shipping. The tracking information I initially received was incorrect and when I tried to track my order it didn't show any movement on that tracking number. I sent an email to customer service, and they responded pretty quickly. They apologized and let me know tracking number I received was incorrect and sent in error. They provided the correct tracking number, and I received my order the next day.
Customer service was quick in responding to my email concerning the tracking number for my order.
Was recommended to me because of the quality of the products. The items I bought were for special gifts given to my client.

Alex, the customer service rep was very helpful with my on-iine purchase! But I did not get to thank Alex for the assistance since the chat disappeared when I clicked "Place order" Please thank Alex for me! The order was received quickly. However, the photo of the product looked much more like Murano glass than the product does, which was disappointing.
Ad in Boston Globe looked like a tremendous opportunity to purchase a gift for a friend, and one for myself!

I watched this necklace with Murano beads for weeks before deciding I really could afford it. Finally I ordered, got an email confirmation, and later an email telling when it would arrive. Whole process smooth as silk. Necklace just as described and pictured and I love it.

I couldn't believe that when I received my first order that the bag was empty and someone stole my bracelet. I called right away to report the theft and was treated very kindly by customer service. A new one was sent the very next day and I'm wearing it now. Thank you so much!

I was expecting a much better quality pice the decryption said close out and was on a special price from $150 lowered to $89.00 so I was expecting a $150.00 silver pice of jewelry. First it is hollow with silver at 24.00 an OZ. I expected it to have some weight. The gems in the photo are bright blue and green you honestly cant tell the difference between them they are so pale. So in all honesty I got a regular priced item with full mark up and not his special.
This dog pin looks like my pup and I bought it would be good quality. I was wrong.

2 out of the 4 purple Jade ring I purchased were a much darker color than advertised on the photos online. I did not receive my order in the ring boxes as I did for the first ring I ordered initially. I assume it's because I selected the option at checkout that asked if it was a gift. The gift box didn't have the same presentation as the ring box, making the ri g seem of lower value. The gift box issue was resolved but not the ring color issue. Customer service was prompt.
CS was quick to resolve my issue about sending the ring boxes. I have not received them since I ordered a few days ago but they responded to my email with a solution the same day.

Very good info online. It was a little hard to choose a size for the earrings - I eventually went with the two carat total - 1 carat for each earring. They are perfect - large enough to do the job and stand up to the jewelery with which I will pair them - and small enough to not be too flashy. Although I am sure the next size up would be awesome, they would be too much sparkle for anything other than very dressy occasions for me. The earrings look like genuine diamonds and are beautiful next to the real thing - nicely done!

The bracelet was pretty but I noticed 2 spots that were soldered together. It made me suspect that this was not new and returned for repair. If that is not the case then the workmanship was not good. I returned it and ordered a different style bracelet. Waiting to see how that goes.
