The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
You make buying a gift for a very picking person very easy and time saving. The selection is very good and returns are hassle free. Shipments are always correct and arrive when expected.

The fleur-de-lis bracelet is beautiful and the sterling silver is a very nice quality. However, it barely fits my wrist and is difficult to put on. I do plan to keep it though.

My only disappointment was that ring came with bag only. I felt a ring box would have been better presentation and safety for a ring of this size and with so many stones. Fragility as well as presentation.

I recently lost a pair of my favorite earrings that were14K yellow gold leverback drop birthstone earrings with 3 stones and I had been looking for weeks when I found a very similar pair on Ross-Simons for a very reasonable price. I loved them so much, I bought a 2nd 14K yellow gold leverback drop birthstone with 2 stones. Both pairs are beautiful!
They were the only jeweler that carried a pair of earrings that was very similar to the pair I lost. I didn't think that they would be hard to find, but not a lot of jewelers carry 14K yellow gold leverback earrings with birthstones for a reasonable price. I was looking for earrings in the $200 - $300 range and I found many that were beautiful, but too fancy for everyday and cost in the thousands. Ross-Simons had exactly what I was looking for in my budget!

Item #*******,. 80 ct. T. w. Multi-gemstone Station Necklace in 14K yellow gold arrived Thursday, Aug. 25, six days after the order was placed. I appreciate the updating of the tracking information. But the photo of the necklace on the model seems to be enlarged. The necklace itself, though pretty, is thinner than I anticipated. The size of the chain, 0.3 mm, though indicated on the packaging, was not listed in the specs for the item. I probably would not have ordered this particular piece had I known the chain size. Although I will keep it, unfortunately this necklace is far too delicate to be worn regularly, either alone or as a layering piece. Overall, a disappointment.
A few years ago my husband ordered for me a necklace with a three-pearl pendant in sterling I saw advertised in Parade Magazine. I enjoy wearing it, although the sterling chain tarnishes easily and I must polish it each time before I wear it.

Easy check out; good quality for the price. The lower part of the earring separates from the white flower stud, so you get two earring "styles" for the price of one! Clever. The earring looks great in each style. I'm happy with my purchase.

I purchased earrings as a gift. Site asks is this a gift and I checked yes. Site asks if you want ro write a gift message and I did. Earrings show up with gift message printed not on a cute card but on the receipt right next to the price. Won't use them again.

I ordered studs and hoops. The studs are the perfect size, and the backs are quite strong, but the posts could be a little longer. The hoops are much smaller than I expected, and barely fit around my earlobes. I'm not a big fan of their style of closure, but they fit so tightly, I'm not likely to lose them.

I can't rate the quality of the products that I ordered because I never received them. I had numerous contacts with Ross Simon's Customer Service and each time I was given a different delivery date. Each time the date passed with no delivery.
The last time I contacted them - 9/9- they promised that they would resend the items via overnight mail. We'll see what happens but based on past experience, I don't expect much.

The ruby looked like a piece of plastic it was chipped around the bottom of the stone and extremely cloudy. I immediately returned it.

The diamond necklace I ordered had a very tiny, poorly functioning clasp. The clasp would hardly open or close because of the way it was designed. I had to return the product because of this design flaw.
