The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
I purchased a bracelet from your company. I received it and it is beautiful. I just hope that it lasts. It's looks a lot thicker in pictures. Upon arrival it's thin and delicate. I did go ahead and purchase the two-year extended warranty. The bracelet is beautiful.

Over the past number of years, I have purchased many items from Ross-Simon. I have found their quality to be excellent and the jewelry and other items to be top of the line and exactly as described and shown on their on-line site and in their catalog. I am extremely pleased with all of my purchases.
I found Ross-Simon on-line when I used Bing to find a specific quality, jewelry item. Bing gave me a number of sites and I found the item I wanted at a reasonable price at the Ross0-SImon site and have become a regular customer when I am looking for a jewelry purchase..

I called her today to see if she had received it and has it safely inside her home. She said she received it but would not open it until tomorrow (8/26/22) on her birthday. Therefore, this is not a review because she did not write this review.
Ross-Simons has jewelry I like and pricing from inexpensive to very expensive (from my perspective). The company is dependable in shipping and packaging the jewelry.

The total price shown before checkout had increased by $129.35 more than the items in my cart added up to. I had to empty the cart twice and add each item again to get the system to charge me only for the sales prices shown online for the items in my cart!

Great online experience because the website is very friendly, the only thing it didn't display was the measurements of the diamond earrings I was purchasing so when I received them I realized they were not the size I had in mind when I saw them on the web.

I had cutout an ad from the Sunday paper years ago. I fell in love with the three cat faces, yes, I am very crazy about cats. I happened to see an ad from you on Yahoo and recognized your name, so I clicked and found the item. I purchased two pieces of Lapis jewelry, a bracelet and a ring. The stones in the bracelet are beautiful! The pyrite striations are distinctive! That was not the case with the ring, which I returned. That will not deter me from continuing to shop with Ross-Simmons!

The necklace I received was nice, but I paid extra for delivery by Christmas and it arrived 3 days after. I expected to be refunded the extra shipping, but was not.
