On more than one occasion I have purchased gifts for my wife from Ross-Simons and each time was easy and convenient. And most of all my wife was very pleased with the quality and appearance of each gift

This is my first purchase from Ross-Simons and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I love my earrings and toe ring. When I first put my earrings within the hour, I received two compliments. Thank you for making beautiful products!

There was difficulty on my on line order, call customer service, the person was very polite and patient with me, help me figure out what the problem was.

I shopped from a catalog, and then confirmed online. I saw the gold loop earrings on the model, and thought they were a bit bigger than they appear once they arrived. Nice earrings.

I felt the earrings were quite below what I expected from Ross-Simons. I was very disappointed with them and I'm returning them.

The outside finish was beautiful. Inside, a small area on the lid had a white area where the stain was missing. Also, the anti tarnish lining was not glued down properly in an area in the drawer.
The packaging for shipping was excellent.

It says paypal was charged $164.92, But the order total says $214.92.
Hopefully, paypal is correct and R*S total is incorrect! Thanks to my review/comment,

Items arrived, on the date promised. Very happy with the presentation (my items were gifts to be sent abroad) and the quality spot on. Very happy. I'm sure the recipients will be as delighted as I was.

I love button earrings and the lapis button earrings I ordered are even more beautiful in person and well made! They arrived in excellent condition within a few days and were well protected in their own box in a cushioned mailing envelope. Thank you Ross-Stevens!

I really like my selections. Wish they might have also been offered in 10k instead of vermeil. I also wish that signature were required with delivery and that the jewelry was handed to me personally. The usps just leaves stuff inside my mailbox. With the rise of crime and theft, these days, literally anyone could get the jewelry out of the box. But, all's well that ends well. Otherwise, I'm happy with the experience.

Ross-Simons' website is always so easy to navigate. I found what I was looking for and ordered it. Easy Peasy! Item arrived quickly and was exactly as pictured. I'd order again!

Beautiful gift for a dear friend on her 60th birthday we will be giving it to her this week. I'm sure she will love it! We bought her the silver disc necklace with her initial in script and the popcorn chain.

I purchased a necklace as a birthday gift for my sister. I was very pleased with the necklace when it arrived and with everything having to do with the purchase

I ordered a pair of earrings. When they arrived, the pair was mismatched. Instead of two earrings that curved in opposite directions, there were two earrings that were identical. I called Ross-Simons, and I was immediately helped. A new order was placed and a return label was sent. Hopefully, when the new pair arrives, they will actually be a pair, and not two identical earrings.

I explained the problem to the service representative and she immediately reordered the pair of earrings and arranged to send me a return label so I could send back the mismatched pair.

When asked if I wanted to send a gift card message with purchased gift, I wrote a message thinking it would be in the form of a gift card. Instead the message was relayed on the invoice for the package. This is cheap and manifests the care you give your customers in gift purchasing. If this is the best you can do, I suggest you eliminate the option of gift selection.

Ordered two necklaces for summer. One had coral stones and a pearl and was a little skimpy. The other had a gold shell pendant with topaz accents atop the shell and a pearl tucked into the shell and is very lovely.

The bracelet was excellent and the pictures were very accurate. The order was shipped and delivered in time for Mother's Day, even though it was last minute.

Delivery was quick and I was really pleased with the bracelet but it only lasted a few days. The clasp broke and I just have the chain. Disappointing for a hundred-dollar bracelet.

I have purchased several items from Ross-Simon's collection over the past year or two. I have never been disappointed with the appearance and quality of the items.

I had a pair of these hoops but lost one of the pair on a trip. So I bought this pair as a replacement. The quality is excellent. I also like the inside/outside diamonds. They are simple but elegant.

I ordered online after viewing the item in the most recent Ross-Simons catalog. I received confirmation via email shortly after placing my order. I received notice when the item shipped, and when it arrived.
