The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
Ordering was easy but I was disappointed with the merchandise. The bracelet was much smaller than pictured and the safety latch doesn't stay closed. I am returning the bracelet.

I ordered two things from you and have not received them. The message I received was from the delivery person that said they delivered them to me,that was not the case
They said I had to wait 14 days before they could do anything about it.

I bought the bracelet for my niece's birthday and when I received it, it was tarnished and not what I expected. I am going to give it to her today but may have to return it if she doesn't like it. It does not like as nice as the advertisement for it.

I really thought the earrings would be larger. The quality is excellent. I will have to adjust to the size of the earrings. I have used Ross-Simons multiple times in the past.

When I received this item it looked nothing like the item shown in the picture. The necklace pendant was very small, in the picture the necklace pendant appears to look big. This was a rip off.

Seven inch bracelet is really small. Unless wrist is very, very small you should up size to the 8 inch. My wrist is on the small side and the bracelet was uncomfortable.

The photos are deceptive... descriptions are accurate (I guess), but, the diamonds are microscopic... I guess I will continue looking and will have to choose a large size and more expensive... shipping and service have been excellent...

Ross-simon took my money and waited 4 weeks before they email me asking for a second payment before they would send the chrismas gift for the love of my life. Ross-simon is the worst company I ever felt with they will steal your money and say they didnt. My bank say they did take the money so y'all have be careful. $56.17

I found my purchase on line and loved it. Perhaps the measurements were missed in my excitement to find the item in stock, but the item was MUCH smaller than expected. The chain, which was in addition to the pendent, was so tiny It took me forever to secure it. I am disappointed but kept the items. I will be incredibly vigilant with and if I make my next purchase.
I found something I liked at a reasonable price and chose to buy on the spot.

I saw lots of lovely items but when I saw the ruby cluster ring, I had to have it. The "color' of the rubies is what appealed to me the most. When I received the ring, I noticed that the color was different than on the website, and the color is what I was going for. I was disappointed with that and am going to return the ring.

I found this leopard and wanted to of them. One thing that i liked was the white flowers at the Big Cat feet, her delicately painted eyes (the color of the eyes are sooo pretty and painted elegantly) and her mien. I ordered two and they are already in our front window. I love all kinds of cats and this is so special. I heartily recommend it to anyone who is interested.

Ross Simon. Did A fine job except trusting the postal service with expensive jewelry For 24 hours I was a nervous wreck. The postal sent me a text saying my item was delivered but I didn't receive until the next day Customer Service was very Nice

The ring on line does not look mush like the actual ring. The ring band width is small and the starfish are tiny on the ring. Also the ring is narrow inn the back which is not evident on the listing.

After finding my husbands signet ring missing I decided to buy him a new one for his 80th birthday.
