The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

I ordered the 1.5mm 14kt Yellow Gold Twisted Rope-Chain Necklace. 18" necklace in August and it did not take more than 2 weeks before the clasp uncoupled from the chain and I had to use my warranty to purchase another. I received my replacement the second week of September and again, 2 WEEKS LATER THE CLASP OF THE NEW CHAIN BROKE. This is a terrible, poor-quality product. I have been wearing gold necklaces and other jewelry for more than 20 years and never experienced anything like this before. I would not recommend Ross-Simons or their products to anyone I know. Buyer beware!

I love my new Christmas Murano jewelry and have presented pieces as gifts. These are selections that you cannot pick up at the mall. Speedy delivery, too. Nice gift boxes. Some get assigned special reduced prices.

My sweet mother in law buys me a lot of jewelry and some of it has been purchased from you. I have had trouble with the same ring that I have sent back two or three times. I am thankful that y'all took it back, don't get me wrong, but when I ordered another ring so that I don't have the same problem (stones falling out) the different ring looked cheap even though it cost more. I have a necklace that the chain was tarnished before I even got to wear it but I couldn't return it because I had it so long. It was a Christmas gift that got misplaced. The gold around the pendant was also tarnished. I am just not impressed and I doubt very seriously that I would purchase anything else from your company.
I had a good experience after I insisted on returning the ring that had stones falling out. I had to ask for a manager both times but they ended up kindly receiving my exchange.

I ordered the personalized sterling silver necklace and all I can say is WOW! I love love love it! The delivery of my jewelry was very quick, including the personalized jewelry. I ordered a heart-shaped pendant with a ruby birthstone as a gift. Instead, I received a stingray pendant with a light blue stone. Not sure what happened. I have always been impressed by the service and quality of the Ross-Simons products that I have ordered. I'll chalk this up as an anomaly and will look forward to adding a stellar review when the situation is resolved.

My mom has mentioned how difficult it is to put on bracelets and necklaces as her dexterity fades with age. I wanted to find her some quality magnetic clasps that she can use and make things easier. I bought two, yellow gold and white gold, since her fine jewelry has different shades of gold. She was so thrilled. She hadn't found any 14k or 18k ones and was really happy to be able to wear some of her favorite jewelry again. I know this is just a small purchase but it made her really happy and I knew Ross-Simons would have exactly what I needed.

I'm very disappointed in the size of the earrings - I think not as shown in your ad.
And they took way, way too long to arrive. Initially delivery was to have been on 12/8/22. Finally arrived on 12/13/22, after several promises of delivery dates between the 8th and the 13th.
And the tracking was non-existent! Why offer tracking, when it's never updated.
Add on Facebook. Won't be ordering again.
