The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

After going round and round trying to purchase a less expensive pair of Akoya pearl studs, I broke down and bought the Mikimoto pair. Although they were not my first choice, they are beautiful, lustrous, a little mysterious and just what I wanted after all.
I've purchased other small pieces of jewelry at R-S and have been pleased with the product. Check out why the akoya studs didn't show up.

The website showed that there was one Akoya pearl stud set with yellow gold posts, but I could never bring it up no matter how many ways I searched, tapped. I finally bought the South Sea (more than twice as expensive!) studs. If that is your way of coaxing buyers to spend more money, it is reprehensible. It could also be a glitch. If it is a glitch, in order to give you time to fix it, on Tuesday, June 21,2022 I will post a copy of this note on social media.

I just spent 20 minutes untangling it. The chain was in a knot. The chain is very cheap and it sure wasn't packaged well. It should be in a necklace holder in the box. Not a bag.
I'm glad I check before sending to my 78 year old mom. She couldn't untangle it for sure.

I have shopped at Ross-Simons for about 45 years. I feel confident each time I order I'll get good value for my money. If you can't afford 14K gold, then they have gold vermeil for sale which looks beautiful. I still have my old jewelry from decades ago and it still sparkles. I still wear it all

Although the ordering and delivery process were efficient, I am not happy with the earrings, and I do plan to return them. They are smaller than I expected, and the colorful abalone shown in the pictured product barely shows at all. I plan to work on the return later this week. Have not contacted Ross Simons yet.

I ordered this ring to stack with another ring I have and it fits perfectly. The gold is fairly thin but that is to be expected for the price. Good value for 10kt gold and not gold over silver.

This is the 3rd ring I've purchased. The first two had to be returned because they lost their stones in the 1st week! Very disappointing. I'm hoping this 3rd one is better than the first 2. The 3rd ring is a completely different ring

I really did not have any experiences with this product yet, but in the past some items I ordered tarnished and I tried to return but was unsucessful in getting return completed. I still have the tarnished items that have not been able to return.

Earrings were fine and arrived as expected. However, the gift packaging was very disappointing. The earrings arrived in a plain plastic ziploc bag in a Ross-Simons brown box. As I intend to give the earrings as a graduation gift, I think the presentation of them inside of a cheap looking plastic bag was not the moment I was hoping for, so had to purchase a separate jewelry gift box that was a lot nicer.
Customer Service rep was very nice, but explained that the brown box and cheap plastic ziploc bag is indeed the "gift packaging". She explained there was no other packaging option available for a nicer presentation.
I've had good experiences with Ross-Simons in the past.
They are intended as a graduation gift for a young woman.

I wasn't given any updates the entire time as to the destination of my package. I wasn't happy about it. I had to call to find out when I would receive my order. Not good.

The diamond solitaire necklace I ordered arrived in a timely fashion but was very poor quality. It was very cloudy and I have already retuned it in the mail. So it was a $60.00 mistake out of my pocket in that I insured it for the value that I bought it for. That's how much the insurance for the return was. Disappointed in the whole experience.

I returned the earrings look larger on the site. The picture showed the earrings hanging below the model on your site. That wasn't true when I received them, very small and didn't even hang below my earlobe.
