The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
Ordering and delivery were flawless. Wife really like earrings, however they have a tendency to fall out. She may have to take them to a jeweler to have fine tuned.

Website is not easy to navigate! Bracelet does not look bright and colorful like the bracelet in the advertisement. There are no red fire opals shown on Ross-Simons website on the bracelet as shown in the ad either.

I have ordered many, many items from Ross-Simons in the past. This will, however, be my last order. I ordered two pair of earrings. One pair was the Tree-of-Life earrings. They arrived without the little rubberized backings. When I called customer service and explained that without these backings I would be in danger of losing the earrings because I am on the phone quite often at work and they tend to back out of my ear and hit the floor. I was told that she wasn't sure why they arrived without them. I was welcome to send them back, and see if a second pair might have the backings, or I was welcome to spend an additional $39.00 to purchase two pair of backings. This was certainly not the answer that I wanted to hear. What would have been the harm in putting two little rubberized backings in a small envelope and sending me a pair? I will go to my local jewelry store where they will be glad to provide me with backings.
Been wanting the Tree-of-Life earrings for a while, recently got an Effy bracelet with the assortment of jewels that the Sterling Silver earrings has. Thought they would make a good match. Plus the 25% off helped make my decision today.

Pictures of Morganite provided by Ross-Simons showed a very nice pink stone. When I received the ring I ordered, the Morganite stones in it were almost white -- and a dirty white at that. Was not pleased that the advertised ring looked so different from the actual ring I received.
In the past, items I purchased from Ross-Simons do not look too much different from the pictures of the items as shown on the company's website or in the catalogues I received. But this time, the item I received disappointed me -- the coloring was not like what was advertised.

My husband bought me a couple of beautiful rings for Christmas from Ross Simons. One of them was too big so I had to exchange it for a smaller size, not only was the process to exchange an item ridiculous but the customer service agent was incredibly horrible and rude. I also had to pay for the return shipping. Weeks later I finally received my exchange and it was the EXACT SAME SIZE I retuned! When I called customer service at least this customer service agent was a little easier to deal with but again the process of returning the ring, even though it their mistake, was ridiculous and again it took weeks to get the correct size. When I opened the box eager to wear my ring they sent me my a SILVER ring instead of GOLD! The customer service agent I spoke with today was the rudest most condescending person I have ever spoken with! She told me I need to buy a new ring under a new order # and that my husband would get a refund when they received the silver ring back,! Then she had the GALL to hang up on me! If this ring didn't have sentimental meaning to me I would have told them today to just refund my money. We will never EVER! Buy from Ross Simons again and I highly recommend no one else does either. They are a rude and incompetent company!

I tracked my package. It moved along fine til UPS dropped it at the post office where it sat for 2 days before delivery. I would rather have my packages delivered by UPS alll the way or FedEx.

We purchased this bracelet for our grandaughter's birthday. The second day she wore it, it broke. We have purchased jewelry from Ross Simons in the past with no issues, so we had the bracelet sent directly to her exoecting the usual quality from Ross Simon. Very disappointed.

I am just returning to shop for the first time is several years. I received the sale catalog and saw a pair of earings in the style I've been wanting. I order immediately. I received the order and to my disappointment what I thought would be a regular size hoop earing turned out to be the size of a huggie. To add insult to injury I must now return it at my expense and pay for insurance! I'll think thrice before ordering again.

The pearl earrings where flimsy as well as the step bar on the gold hoops. I returned the earrings and wanted to order a different pair. I had a similar pair of pearl earring from RS and they fell apart with use and a pair of Andiamo earrings.
I had to pay $24.00 to return the items with tracking and insurance.
Ross Simon should have a return arrangemant with UPS or USP for returns, if not for free but for a very low return rate. As a result I will not buy any further products from Ross Simon.
The customer service agent was delightful and helpful. I am turned of with the cost of returning products,.
