The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

While my last order was for an amazing diamond ring, we gave order multiple items for myself and our daughter - all have been breathtaking!
There was a delay in processing my order for shipment. This took multiple communications to correct, after I took a day off work to be home to sign for the delivery. However once corrected, the order was shipped overnight with AM Saturday delivery - this was for an order placed 6 days before with express delivery.

I fell in love with murano glass bead drop earrings in all 3 available colors only to discover that the picture and description were lies. They're NOT GLASS BEADS but glass half-dome buttons that don't resemble the pictures.
Customer service was patient and kind and listened to me rant. She’s well-trained.
