The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

That Beautiful bracelet

Ok experience overall. I expected the bracelet to be heavier, since the original price was much higher and I bought it on clearance. In reality, it was probably worth only what I paid. No real deal.
Slightly better prices compared to other jewelry sites, but don’t be mislead by Ross Simons ‘retail prices’ versus their marked down prices. The items are only worth what they are marked. (Don’t expect a $1000 item for $500)
I needed a 14K gold link bracelet. I thought I was getting a better quality item for the price, but in reality it was on par with others.

I had been searching for a bezel set floating diamond pendant for years and was so excited when I found this one on a box chain like I wanted but when I received it the chain was so very fine I was so disappointed. I am bummed but I had to return it as I didn't feel it was worth the price.
