The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
It was fine until I got here and had to do a 50 word essay, this is not fine, not fun, and not smart, next time i will just delete your delivery confirmation email,

The gold is a bit brighter than expected. The blue topaz stone is eye catching! I will enjoy wearing the ring when I go out. It's not an everyday ring. Fits well. I'm happy!

Very thin post that it poked my finger trying to put it on. The lock is loose I have to tighten with a twizzor. I wish the posts are more thicker cause I think these might break easily.
