The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

The look of these fall ear drops is lovely. I as quite surprised at the lack of weight of them. This is good for my ear lobes, but I am concerned how long they will last.
