The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
I was asked if I wanted to include a card with the order. Out of habit I said yes and included the sentiment. As usual there was NO card included but no worries, I will never ask for it be again.

Great experience shipping was spot on arrived exactly when it was suppose to be delivered also found the website easy to navigate to find what I wanted to buy.

The necklace I ordered was of such poor quality that it literally fell apart in my hands. I was so disappointed and sent it back.
The person I spoke with provided me with a return label. I let her know that the necklace I received in the mail broke in my hands. She didn't say that she was sorry to hear this nor did she apologize for the poor quality or for disappointing me as a customer. I thought this was strange.

The necklace is beautiful but will blow away in a mild wind if I don't have it on securely attached. The magnetic clasp I ordered with it weighs more than the necklace.

Excellent quality and decent speed for shipping. My only complaint was that the "gift message" was printed on the invoice with the cost of the items, which typically is a no no.

The blue topaz tennis bracelet came apart, and the stones were not equal in size, or color. There were several stones larger in size and a bit darker colored that made it look off. Disappointed
