Easy experience I knew what ring I was looking for as I same on Amazon. I read the reviews and took the advise to order up because it is a large ring design it's slightly loose but because of the size (almost an inch?) the size up makes it comfortable. Be worn it for several days since receiving. I really like the design.

Our family is in our 2nd generation of the "gift in the tree" tradition!

Had problem logging on line. I called many times for help. Finally I got an email that the problem was solved and a reset coded to change my password. I can't believe it took so long.

Easy to order online. Prompt delivery. These are much smaller than I expected and were very hard to get in and take out. I had to return them because they just weren't what I was looking for.
He spoke decent English but was still somewhat hard to get him to understand what I was asking. I wanted to make sure that I was not going to be charged to return them since they were not what I expected.
