The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

The ring is pretty. Beware of using the measuring tool on the website. I ordered an 8 but the ring is too big for my ring finger. Will have to wear it on my middle finger

The earrings are so 'tiny' that I don't know if they will make it around the ear lobe. The necklace is so tiny that I not at all sure she will ever wear it.
