The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
You don't need both a phone number and email to update me on the status of my order. Too much information requested.
Only place I could find pink earrings I liked, hopefully they actually are pink- not slightly off-white. I have been disappointed before by the color shown versus the color received.

Orders placed after 1:00PM eastern standard time as this one was, will ship the next business day. Our website provides the estimated delivery at time of checkout on all orders shipping via express or overnight. This order was placed at 10:57PM EST and shipped Thursday 3/28 via the express shipping as requested. UPS does not count weekends as regular business days; therefore, an express shipment would arrive on the 2nd business day after shipping, which was Monday 4/1/24. A weekend delivery would require an overnight with Saturday delivery shipping request. A member of our team has reached out privately.

The earrings' clip came loose. I used nose plyers to tighten them. I hope they will stay tight. The design seems to be very flimsy.

One item good out of eight
I have so many things I could say about this place but I will stick to the current item my husband ordered it for me on 5 February the entire site said will be there guaranteed by Valentine's Day today is the 16th it said it's been sitting at the post office for 10 days called my post office and they don't have it talk to the representative and she said it's because he did not specify the 14th I said where is it as it's obviously lost the girl said I must wait at least until the last day of February seriously how many people you know when their item is lost are told they have to wait why would I wait on something that has been lost through no fault of my own plus they want me to buy another item I wouldn't buy item from them again if my hands were held above to burning coals
