Just recently started ordering again. My 4th order, a ring. Waited 10 days, package arrived & inside their box was nothing. That was a 1st for me! Then I called cust service, & tried to find some help but the cs rep I spoke with: Barbara, got MAD AT ME! Telling me off because I was upset & told her "WTF." Where was RS empathy & professionalism? Barbara only made me feel worse! I knew I'd need a supervisor. I was informed that RS would correct their mistake, that they would expedite this 2nd package out to me, & got a mediocre apology. To that, I have to say the same thing, WTF, Ross Simons? WTF?
Customer Service stinks. And RS obviously doesn't have QA system that works. I shouldn't have to need a supervisor to correct THEIR ERROR but Barbara was only making me more angry. Not good if you want to keep your customers happy & coming back! Previous order, also a ring, I found on Ebay for 1/3 the price! It's not like RS sells great quality jewelry you can't find anywhere else.
RS is losing another customer here.
Very disappointing with low-level customer Ross Simons. GREAT customer service can make it or break it for lots of businesses. Now I can't trust RS anymore.
Tip for consumers:
Shop elsewhere. You can find the some of the same jewelry for a fraction of RS. RS doesn't have the finest quality!
And their level of professional cust service is poor.

We listened to the phone call for training purposes and have followed up with the representative. The tracking information for the package shows it was delivered in 5 business days. Packages shipped regular shipping can take up to 5 business days for delivery. We regret to learn the item you purchased was not in the package you received. This is certainly not normal. Signs of tampering may be very subtle. This issue has been resolved.

When I saw this ring in the catalog, I knew it was the one for me. I had one just like it stolen 8 years ago, and I've kept my eyes open for the same style ever since. It replaces the ring that was given to me 50 years ago.
Other than having a ring custom made, R-S catalog had the ring I've been looking for. 1ctw., 14k yellow gold, two rows. I have to admit, my old ring was two stones more compact and heavier, but I'm happy with this one. I tore the page out of the catalog, and I've been thinking about it. I've since gotten two more catalogs and the ring wasn't in them. I'm glad I saved the picture and the order number.

Somehow I came across an advertisement on my computer and your jewelry looked like a quality product so I placed an order. My order arrived and it was a Christmas gift for my Bride. It was difficult to wait until Christmas morning for her to open it. She loved it. I will continue.to order from Ross-Simons in the future.

Worst experience ever. Received as a gift for my wife on Christmas. She opened it on Christmas day. She was happy then turned to disappointment very fast. The stone had a big vertical scratch in the middle. Ruined my Christmas. I was told they would exchange. That process took a little bit. I understand it was Holidays. Got the replacement to find it had a haze on it and polishing compound on the prongs they wouldn't come off. Because of this we thought they took what we sent them they attempted to fix and send back to us. Supposedly that didn't happen according to them. Next one had spots and some kind of haze as well. The last one had a slight haze. You hold it up to light and you could see the abrasions from the polishing process that they did a poor job on. Plus the set the stone in a manner that looked like was about to fall out of the prongs. Look like they pinched the top prongs to hard making it slide done and not centered up. My wife was so set on this pendant. The lady helping through this process really tried to help. But the jewelry was of poor quality. The big problem I also had thru this process was they would give you an RMA at no cost which that is a no brainer. But I still had to come out of pocket each time I sent the product back. Because I had to purchase a package at the post office to send it back to them. The pics I attached those stones were wiped off before taking the pic. The reason I have two to show is that this last time they were making sure that I know that they didn't send the same pendant back to me. I appreciate that they did this to reassure us they weren't fixing the problem and sending it back to us. We decided to give up on purchasing this pendant. 4 tries and all had flaws. Sad...

There return policy you have to pay for the packaging to send it back to them.
