The jewelry is beautiful and affordable but I wish the pearl bracelets were easier to attach or be given the option of a bracelet 'buddy'.

I like the products but you spam your customers to death, email, text, and call no matter what we opt out of, no matter how many times I email or ask you to stop calling. You offer no apology just continue to try to sell. I have moved most of my purchasing to other companies but my wife sometimes picks a piece from your catalog that she likes so I sometimes tolerate your horrible customer service. I received an email stating I would receive $30 discount on first order with Ross Simons. But on check out it was void, That certainly does not make me a frequent customer!
I selected 2 coin pendants for my daughters for Christmas. Also an email from your store said I would receive $30 off for first time purchase. At checkout it said the code given me was VOID. Not a good experience!

I have been debating if I wanted this cross ring. I didn't want to risk a return and sat on it for months. When the price dropped, I couldn't resist and ordered it. I am so happy that I bought it. Not only the diamonds, which are tiny, are sparkling... the surface of the ring where the cross is on is also shiny and catches lights. With it reflecting lights together with the sparkling diamonds, the ring is even more beautiful! Highly recommend it!
