My daughter and I were very pleased with them; they were a graduation gift for her.
I had numerous problems getting my VIP benefits to apply to my last order, and after contacting customer service to help me troubleshoot what I thought was a website glitch, I didn’t get far. I was asked to contact you again after my order was shipped to request that my coupon be credited to my Visa card. Customer service is very courteous, but I’m quite frustrated that I cannot get my coupons to work online without having to contact customer service.
