I have bought both the gold and white gold magnetic clasps several times to make fastening my fine jewelry necklaces much easier. They will work on bracelets with "lobster " clasps, too.

Was beyond frustrating with my attempting to change my password since I have one already on record, but, can't recall correct one. Your site didn't allow me to input the new one and kept saying, "not the one we have on record". Do I know if I have any credit with your company having purchased in the past, have no idea! I ordered a trendy pearl necklace. There was a major shipping snafu on the part of the post office. Once I received my necklace I was pleased. It is lighter in weight than I expected. The Ross Simon black box packaging is very nice. A jewelry pouch that snaps inside a mini drawer. The packaging indicates that Ross Simons cares about the protection of their product.
My order was sent to the wrong state! I called customer service and the rep was just as appalled as I was. She was honest and stated that there was no discernible reason for the error, She assured me that if my item did not arrive by Monday, they would send another one. The rep was very courteous and professional.

Your package was picked up by UPS, who takes it first to an out-of-state distribution center, where it is then re-directed to the correct state for your postal carrier to deliver it to your home. It can be disconcerting when people see that it went to another state early on in the delivery, but that is typical, until it gets redirected. Ordered studs that have a "flat back" for comfort. But this company forces you to purchase them as singles, not a pair…which makes the price for 1 set of TINY (and I mean TINY!) earring astronomically expensive. Buyer BEWARE.

Most of our flat back earrings are sold with a choice of purchasing them as singles, or pairs. This particular earring is only offered as a single. All of our flat back earrings are specifically designed to be very petite, as they need to fit both an earlobe and cartilage. You may certainly return anything within 30 days of purchase. We have reached out to assist.
