Very happy with the bulldog pendant I purchased as a Christmas gift... but... it arrived at the eleventh hour -- fortunately in time for Christmas.
The customer service agent was willing and able but could only tell me what I saw on the tracking information, which was that the shipment was delayed. Please, Ross-Simons, the U.S. Post Office is not the most reliable source for shipping!

A very pretty bracelet! I wear it with my watch and two other bracelets. It is 7.5" but seems bigger. I can slip it over my hand without undoing the clasp. The diamonds look larger than they are since they are surrounded by silver. For the price, a good buy.
