The elephant bracelet is very delicate. Best for a young teen. I fear it would break easily on a adult and it could not be worn everyday.

My recent experience with Ross-Simons started off and caused me a great deal of frustration. The website itself had issues, leading me to contact customer service. Unfortunately, my call was met with a representative who was cranky and dismissive. Things escalated when I spoke to a supervisor who not only tried to downplay my issue but also failed to follow through on a promised callback after consulting with their supervisor.
I followed up by writing in to request the callback that never came, only to be ignored again. I eventually had to call back and encountered another supervisor who misled me, claiming her boss wasn't available and providing no meaningful assistance. Finally, I was connected again with the original supervisor, who tried to justify his actions, including making a price adjustment on my order without notifying me—an action I did not appreciate as it lacked transparency or respect for my concerns.
After demanding to escalate the matter further, I received a callback from Dawn, who ultimately restored my faith in the company. She approached the situation professionally, investigated the mishandling of my prior interactions, and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Her willingness to listen, take responsibility, and make things right turned what had been a horrible experience into a positive conclusion.
While I greatly appreciate Dawn's intervention, the overall experience highlighted severe communication and accountability issues within the customer service team. I hope Ross-Simons takes steps to improve their processes and ensure a better experience for other customers moving forward.

My order came beautifully wrapped and when expected. All pairs of earrings looked like the images pictured on the website.

Use a delivery service other than USPS. My package was in my home town of Easton, MD, then went to DC, then back to Easton for delivery to Newcomb. It would have been much faster with UPS or FedEx.
