My purchase arrived quickly. The sapphire band is beautiful and subtle.
The first ring I ordered was too big and the style wasn’t quite what I wanted. Your customer service agent explained the return process. I returned the ring and the refund was quickly credited to my account.
For more than twenty years i have purchased jewelry from Ross-Simons. One of those purchases was a pair of small diamond hoops which I still wear several times a week.
