I love this company, however my last order that was delivered by UPS was torn. The packaging was flimsy, and had a large tear. All five items were there, but one box was crushed. I recommend sturdier packaging that won't fall apart.

I went from being skeptical about this online jewelry store to fully trust and continuing to purchase more gold and jewelries :) The rings and bracelet are exactly as described and have stamps to confirm their claims for being 18K. They are flawless, shiny, and stylish.
The customer service exceeded my expectations as they promptly responded to my emails and the questions I had regarding my purchases; for example, at first I could not see the stamps even with my glasses, and they sent pictures of the shank or spot it was stamped and guided me where they are. Sure, I had to take pictures as well and zoomed in to see them.
I have made a lot of experiences with customer service's representatives when I do online shoppings, but At Ross-Simons it was far from my believes as they spent a dedicated time to help me with full of respect and kindness. It means a lot to me as a customer.
The gold purchase is fun and trustworthy with Ross-Simons store. I have now more gold items in my cart and will soon order them for Christmas gifts.

I am looking for Middle Eastern gold that are pure because I barely can travel to where I come from. I want to gift my daughter with beautiful gold jewelries for all life occasions, but I have hard time to trust venders online when I don't know them. It arrived promptly and fast. The necklace was beautiful, true to its color and the weight is heavy, worth its price. The diamond were brilliant, the emerald was rich in its color. The gold chain is a bit dull, but overall its good. I will probably take it to be professionally cleaned to bring out more of the fresh gold appearance or looks. Overall. I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend it.
