Very frustrating. Couldn't use my new Ross Simon card the day I applied on line because it only gave card number not the 3 digit code number. I had to wait for card to arrive, 3 weeks later to place order. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM YOU ALL

The 14K two-tone gold earring jackets look exactly as pictured; however, they are quite small vs what I had expected. Not that happy with the amount spent for the actual purchase.

We loved the earrings but it is a climber and my wife was unable to keep it from slipping and becoming a dangling earring. Customer service was excellent and item was returned for a refund.

Seriously this ring was junk! Not worth it at all. I am returning. It was a piece of wire not a band. A person could not wear this at all…it would bend in a matter of mins. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Necklaces were beautiful. I was disappointed that they were all packaged in the same box. I would have liked them in individual boxes.
