The experience was easy and quick. I only had to determine which gold bracelet I wanted. The bracelet is substantial, 14k gold, no stones, and weighs 5.7 grams. On the competitor's website a 4.7 gram 14 kt bracelet is $1200, but I paid $585 at Ross Simons.
It really annoys me that you send emails that say "$25 off your next purchase!", and then twice I haven't been able to use it. The first time I didn't meet the requisite minimum, the second time I did, but it didn't apply. This, to me, is disingenuous, and I suspect I will unsubscribe.

Seriously this ring was junk! Not worth it at all. I am returning. It was a piece of wire not a band. A person could not wear this at all…it would bend in a matter of mins. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Sent it back for a smaller size. I think possibly because it was so slim, I needed a smaller size for it to stay on my finger. I bought one in my local jewelry store over the summer that slim for less then 1/2 the price.

Ross Simons makes it easy. I get on the website, look up 18k gold earrings and tell the wife to pick what she likes for her birthday and then I order and it quickly arrives a week later. She's happy and I'm not dealing with the stress of going to the mall and looking and hoping to find something she likes because 18k gold earrings can be limited in availability, but she has to have 18k gold earrings. Anything less and her ears itch and burn.

I love Ross Simons, but my order which I received for my silver bangle bracelets was really wrong! They had me order the wrong size. I used the measurements tape that they sent me and the bracelets I received were like really really really hard to get over my hand so next time I would have to order a larger size but oh well.

I ordered this identical ring a few months ago. It was too big and I lost it the first day I wore it. I finally decided to order another one, but a smaller size. The turquoise stones in this were a very dark teal instead of blue. I will keep it but I just wasn't as pleased with this one as the other. I will continue to order your products.

I saved to buy the Black Agate good luck earrings. They are beautiful, however they are lever backs and one was so poorly put together that the lever back Broke and the earring stone fell off AS I WAS OPENING It. Not sure yet what I shall do. Could not be worn. I could order a second pair and turn one earring into a necklace and save the other incase one gets lost - but that's alot of money. I previously bought the pink and white ones which are beautiful and fine.

The price and color of my birthday stone
I purchased a pair of earrings years ago from you and I lost one of them. They were my favorite earrings. I called to ask if I could buy just one and was told no. Just recently I decided to splurge and buy another pair. I found earrings I thought looked just like my old pair. Apparently, you measure differently than I do. I was expecting a smaller pair. They are hoop earrings and I measured mine at 1/2" overall and my new ones are 1/2" inside the hoop.
The diameter of hoop earrings are typically measured from the post to the bottom of the hoop. There may be slight differences in the way you are measuring, but they are considered 1/2". We regret that they were not the size you expected, but we hope they will work out for you regardless.
