I have been a customer for many years. RS has always provided a quality product with great service from ease of ordering to quick shipping. The item I ordered was very inexpensive but so cute I could not resist getting it. It is a bracelet and very fine gold chain. I am afraid to wear it as it appears so delicate. I have not decided it I'm going to keep it. First time I have been disappointed with a purchase which is why I gave this review 3 stars, normally would be 5!

I could not enter item to cart without checking extended warranty, Had to call customer service. I signed up my email because it said I would get $15 off $100 purchase. When email came, I entered code on this order, but then it said not a legitimate code. I should have stopped order right there! Unacceptable!
I thought you were a reputable company, but as stated above, you did not honor code. This is my first time to order online with you. Years ago I bought your jewelry from Service Merchandize. This experience has disappointed me.

Difficult to find specific items. New customer sign-up, took MANY mails before I got coupon code. Not impressed with that aspect. As far as the necklace itself goes-- I was greatly disappointed in it. I absolutely loved the necklace as pictured. When I took it from the box, the chain looked like it would break easily. It was thin. And the clasp did not sit nicely on the neck as shown in the picture. The weight and configuration of the clasp made it fall into a "V" that didn't really highlight the clasp itself, which was the whole point of this necklace! I returned it, sadly, but it just didn;t seem to me that it was worth the money and it didn't have the look that I wanted.

The bezel set CZ band has a nice weight and it well made. Eye catching and has varied sized stones which makes the band more interesting. I have received many compliments and I highly recommend!

I love the look of my 14K gold, 20-inch necklace. However, I am finding that utilizing the lobster-claw clasp is extremely difficult. It's hard to get a purchase on the tiny "lever" in order to apply enough pressure with thumb pad or fingernail (latter is not advised, as I put a dent in my fingernail when trying this) to get the opening of the lobster-claw large enough to insert the loop on the other end of the necklace. Do you have any advise/tips?

We have found that in these cases, it may be helpful to purchase one of our Magnetic Clasp Converters, which make taking the piece on and off much easier. Take a look at item# 904815.
