I needed to return my item (not because I didn’t love the ring but because it didn’t work for the purpose I bought it). The customer service person was very understanding and helpful - she emailed me a label and I returned the ring the same day I received it. My refund was available just days later. Easy Peezy!

All was OK except for requests for address info which were not clear. The bracelet itself is chic and trendy. It can be worn alone or layered with a few others. I ordered the 7 inch version but, perhaps because of the design, it is a little bit longer than 7 inches. Am enjoying my purchase and have not taken it off since I received it.

Fair pricing and ease of search/sort criteria. Was disappointed in the packaging. A very nice wrapping and ribbon, but chain necklace was still in the plastic and just laid carelessly within (not arranged into the clips, etc.)

Ordering is very easy process. Products are good quality. I wish they would use larger closing pieces. The spring hinge is small as is the end ring to clasp making it difficult to handle and engage the two.

Do not use USPS if you are promising me a delivery by a particular holiday. They are undependable. I needed these 3 items for presenting on Valentines and two consecutive days. Since they were late, Valentine's day and the next day were spoiled. Very disappointed but not surprised in USPS... Even Amazon only uses them when nothing else can be used. Follow their lead, please.

I've been looking for the perfect birthday gift for my friend who was born on St Patrick's Day -- and you had that beautiful emerald/citrine ring and the emerald drop ear wires. They are perfect, and I can't wait to see my friend's face when she opens the box/pouch.
Since I was at that, I also ordered the trio of ear wires -- one sapphire (for me), one emerald (for Rori), and one ruby (for my 24-hour twin Penelope). They're an unusual shape, which is perfect.

As one would imagine, I was excited to see my earrings had arrived. Upon opening the package I see that only one earring is in the package. Very disappointing! I was emailed concerning this problem & told to mail the one earring package back to Ross Simons. Mistake made by RS and I had to pay over $5.00 to mail back. I'm not very happy with my experience.
