I love the merchandise but the packaging on some of the items leaves much to be desired
Last time I called about wanting a nicer box I was told "we have told you that we can't get you a nicer box". I swore then that would be the last time I would shop at Ross-Simons.
Today when I called about getting a pendant box I was hung up on. Then I called the store and was given another 800 number and when I called it was the same person. She finally said ok. So, not sure I will shop the store even though you have a wide array of products more so than any other commercial store.

This is a very pretty quality piece. However I was a little disappointed in the size and thickness of the disc. I thought for $114 it would be a little larger and heavier. It's pretty lightweight. The chain is beautiful and I will wear it and enjoy it. Just not what I thought
