Loved the chain: not too small; not too big. Disappointed in the quality of the monogrammed disc: very, very thin; looked and felt like tin. Thought about returning the entire necklace, but I will keep it and get a jeweler to attach a new, more substantial pendant. This is my first time ordering from R&S, and may be my last time.
