Make this purchase. It's a long story but I placed my order with PayPal and somehow it went through Affirm and I've made payments through Affirm. My PayPal account also shows as a pending transaction. Please help me with this issue.
Sent an email explaining the above problem with lots of attachments. Response was not helpful. Please advise PayPal to remove the pending payment.

I'm not sure if I missed the fine print on the website, but the Two-Day Air shipping I paid for was not two-day shipping. The gift I bought for a good friend's 50th birthday arrived seven days after my order - not two - so I was unable to give the gift to my friend for her birthday. Fortunately Ross-Simons refunded the shipping fee.
Customer service responded quickly to and met my request, though the late shipping could not be undone.
