I was disappointed when I received what was supposed to be a pair of 2 tcw black diamond stud earrings. I expected each earring would be1 ct and of equal size, but the earrings were mismatched in size, and it was hard to believe that the carat weight was accurate. I have returned them for a refund.

The representative listened to my concerns and sent me a return shipping label.

These were exactly what I was looking for as a gift to my Mother. She absolutely loved them. Don't let their size fool you-they're sparkly and a must have!

I've been eyeing this ring forever then just decided to get it. Love it. Glad I did because I was unsure of the quality and now that I received the rings, I was pleasantly surprised. I'll be ordering more.

It was challenging to find the place to enter the offer code. It was like it was buried.

I also decided to return for a larger size and decided to talk to a live person at the store to make exchange.

Purchased the 1/10th ct. Tw. Band ring. The picture is very deceiving. Band and diamonds are much smaller than what is shown on the website. But the quality is amazing, so if you want a more dainty ring, this is for you. I'll let my daughter decide if she will keep or return her gift.

I paid for overnight delivery. I needed the products that fast because I needed to get them to the engraver and back before I could wrap and send them. But I didn't get it until days later. So I requested a refund for the shipping cost. Haven't heard back from you! No acknowledgment nor apologies.

Still waiting to hear back from you regarding my frustration, and then giving me store credit to my account. I’m disappointed in you. Not to mention it made it impossible to have them engraved, wrapped and sent in time for Christmas

I buy the ornaments every year right after Christmas for eight of my children and family. I've been doing it for at least 45 years. So you can imagine the beautiful ornaments decorating their trees.

I have been shopping Ross-Simons for many years and have never been disappointed. This most recent purchase, however, doesn't seem to be up to the quality standards I've come to expect. The stems are rough and the posts don't slide easily into place. Because I am pressed for time to get the gift mailed to my friend, I've decided to leep them and hope she encounters no issues.

The cross /amethyst necklace looked better on the website than in person.

It's not sparkly or special, just 'meh"

This is a nice necklace & pendant, as described. Very dainty and the chain is a nice design. I can see why it isn't pictured with a person, though-- it is quite small. But-- that can make it versatile.

Easy to order and fast shipping. Necklace more light weight than I expected but still very cute and I have matching earrings so in keeping it. Good for the price

At Christmas time I always splurge on myself, and buy a couple of things that I really like. I purchased a lovely sterling silver necklace with dangling pear shaped cubic zirconias and a beautiful sterling silver knuckle to knuckle ring. Both items were reasonabley priced, and they arrived in 6 days. Very satisfied with my purchases and the quality of the items.

I ordered white gold and diamonds for $1,000. The bracelet looked cheap. There was no sparkle in the diamonds even in sunlight.

The return process was confusing and you charge shipping for returns. I won't order from you again.

The Rep was kind of rude and annoyed by my questions.

Viewed your offerings on Facebook. Like the items that I thought would bless my wife. Entered my order. It was confirmed promptly. Received notification of shipment. Received the items promptly.

I have been looking for a blue topaz ring that looked nice but was not overly expensive. I saw the ring on Ross-Simon's. I received it and it is everything I was looking for at a very affordable price! Thank You!

I was externally disappointed with my purchase. The earring was extremely small and had no sparkle. The marketing is very misleading. It was only one earring but all the pictures showed two so unless you read the fine print, which I failed to do, you wouldn't know that. I called Customer Service and the representative was not at all helpful. In not so many words he called me an idiot for failing to read carefully. My husband called back and that representative was a little more helpful. She emailed a return shipping label which will be deducted from my return. I won't be doing any more shopping at Ross Simons.

The shipping was very quick. The ring looked d sparkly and colorful in the pictures. It is not. The jewels are tiny and completely lost in the darkness of the metal. I was so disappointed because I've been watching this ring and was excited to buy it on sale.

I ordered right before Christmas and got it on time. My wife absolutely loved the necklace and everyone over fell in love with it. We will be making another purchase soon.

I bought the pearl santa hat earrings for a gift and I got the pearl reindeer for myself. They are both adorable. I am sure my sister will love her earrings. I have already worn mine and am very happy with the purchase. I got a great sale price on both too, so this is one happy customer.

There is absolutely nothing I can say that is negative! The buying process was so easy and when I gave it to my daughter for her birthday she was elated! Tried using my phone but system didn't like it so had to go to computer which I prefer not to use during work hours. All worked out in the end. I do generally appreciate the quality of the items I receive from Ross Simons.

The jewelry is exquisite.
Your site can be difficult to navigate; espicially if you want to look at your wish list. If you're not very, very careful, you will get charged for the same item twice. Then it is difficult to correct it.
