I've been shopping at Ross-Simon for many, many years. I once bought my future daughter-in-law a beautiful necklace to wear on her wedding day. I bought it early & the return period was up before she received it. When she went to try it on, the clasp was defective. I contacted customer service to ask the repair price. They immediately arranged the return & sent a replacement, even though it was past the return period! She was able to wear the necklace on her wedding day. I can trust them & count on them!

I'm a bit concerned about the gold over sterling, and the weight of the ring is very light so I'm concerned about it bending or losing shape. But only time will tell. It is very pretty and a copycat of the ring Taylor Swift has which is why we got it for my daughter.

I was doing some last-minute ring shopping for a dark blue sapphire-like stone that would compliment my holiday outfit - and of course Ross-Simons had a budget-friendly one that fit the bill!

Looking for snowflake necklace, Ross Simons looked like it might work. Received in excellent condition but it was a bit too large for me. Hopefully I will find a smaller one to exchange.

Lovely and not inexpensive earrings, but the clasp does not function properly. I assume they did not do a test/quality check before shipping. We are returning them. Quite disappointing.

Oh my gosh! Just received my lab-grown diamond ring and it is SPECTACULAR! The cut, clarity and color are just amazing. Ross-Simons has always been my "go to" jeweler. Before I made enough money to shop at Tiffany's, Ross-Simons provided the widest selection of quality products, so that I could always buy my wife beautiful jewelry at whatever price I could afford. Additionally, I could shop the entire selection without going from store to store or from website to website. After I made enough to buy at Tiffany's, I dis buy her some pieces selectively. She has worn the pieces that I bought from Ross Simons at the same time that she wore her Tiffany's pieces. She has received at least as many compliments on her pieces from Ross Simons as she has on her pieces from Tiffany's. I have shopped at Ross-Simons for more than 30 years and now that I am retiring I am only shopping at Ross Simons again. I bought her a very reasonably priced, but beautiful diamond pair of earrings this year for Christmas, and she was thrilled again, without my having to rework our retirement plan..

I buy the majority of my jewelry from Ross-Simons. Quick delivery and friendly Customer Service. I've never had to return anything because the pieces are as described.

It cost me $25 to return a pendant that was not as the picture portrayed. The picture had vibrant color but the actual pendant was almost colorless. I also returned earrings I got to go with the pendant and a ring that couldn't be sized down. Most companies pay for the return cost. I was shocked that RS doesn't when these products need insurance because of their value. Beware!

She was very nice giving me the return number but did not inform me the return would be at my own expense.

Always appreciate the quality of Ross Simons. Have been a 30+ year customer. I've got some petite pendants that have teensy bales, and none of my chains fit. Luckily, the R/S.7mm chain came out as the winner!

Ordered 2 rings, one band & one solitaire with surrounding gems both in rose gold settings & they fit perfectly! They are absolutely stunning! Such beautiful colors, the clarity in these gemstones is unmatched. Both of these rings are as clear as ice & I can't stress enough how GORGEOUS! High quality, wonderful company, beautiful packaging. I ordered 2 Gold Domed Bracelets, which I love, and wear proudly, and one 1980 vintage 14K omega bracelet. I did not own any 14K gold jewelry in 1980, and I was unaware of the weight of the piece. It was too heavy for my arm. And I was afraid it would fall off and I would lose or damage it. So I called Customer Service, and they were fabulous. They gave me an RA # and advised me to insure it properly, and ship it myself. They could not have been more helpful.

They were great. I needed to return one item that was not as I expected, and they gave me instructions on how to return it, insure it, and make sure it got to R-S safely.

Tried to clasp bracelet together and it wouldn't open even with the lock disengaged. It then broke at the clasp not allowing me to open clasp. Clasp piece broke off and returned with the bracelet for replacement. Hoping replacement works or I would never buy anything from your company again

Although it's been quite some time since I ordered from Ross Simons, my past experiences have always been terrific, both in terms of the quality and price. I am hoping and trusting that my current purchase/splurge will be equally terrific!

I ordered a cat pendant, added a 10k chain to wear it. When I opened the box, I was shocked at houw small the pendant was The details were too miniscule to see. Also the chains I ordered were so small that I wasn't sure if I could even open the clasp. Very disappointed as I had been very impressed with the images of the pendant online.

Ordering is super easy and delivery quick. This was gift that I had included a message with. Unfortunately the message wasn't included with the earrings however the jewelry itself was very nice and am sure she will like it.

Disappointing quality of product. I'll keep because of tight timeline for gifting, but much lighter, thinner and cheaply made. Won't hold up to wear. Won't shop with you again, and won't recommend you.
