The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

Elegant and beautiful earrings but over-priced. The value is really not there for what you receive. These 10K gold hoops are very thin and lightweight. Also, make sure you get the best deal. I purchased these earrings and the very next day they still had them "on sale" but with a $50 off your next purchase deal.
