The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

It's that time of year - time to order the Wallace annual sleigh bells. Have been doing so for over 25 years, But today, I couldn't reach Customer Service on the phone and was forced to use the web site and order on-line. Very disappointed in that. But still looking forward to receiving the bells.

Just wanted to treat myself to something nice. Wish the diamond clarity was a bit better but understandable for what I can afford.
