The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
I wasn't sure at first, but when I received my items I fell in Love with each item for not only high quality but look & quality of items. Most definitely exceeded my expectations

I had forst ordered studs from another site and the posts were thin and proke off immediately. These were better made.

The earrings were so small I never got them in my ears. I spent two days trying and then sent them back. The way they are made the post is curved too much.
Sorry, you don't have address labels. A real pain to have to go find a UPS store.

I had to return this item because it did not look anything like the picture. In the picture, it was multicolored and shiny. The ring I received was dull and monotone. I was very disappointed.

Our pieces only qualify for one discount, so if there is a discount already on the piece, we can assure you it is at the lowest possible price. Also, all of our jewelry comes with free standard shipping. Sometimes there is a shipping surcharge added to the non-jewelry items, that are over a certain weight.
